Good location, nice stuff, clean hotel, perefct sea view, nice pools and sauna's, nice kids play rooms, great family hotel, perfect breakfast, lunch and dinner. Lobby cafee bar coffer and drinks are very affordable, unlike other hotels.

Just little things like: The mattress would be more comfortable if it were in two layers (like in Germany) It is recommended to add 2 more pillows each Pool towels are better distributed at the pool and returned there, because this way the wet towel is carried back to the room. A hook for drying towels should be added to the room.

People reserving the sunbeds near the pool with their towels at 7-8am than they leave to actually come back and use them like midday... so if you go at 9-10am all the sunbeds reserved without seeing anybody around which is ridiculous:)so make sure to wake up early😂 (on further note be prepared for the constant loudness and crying and meltdowns from all the kids around wich is not so relaxing mostly if in the room next room to you they have an all night crying baby:)

The adult bed was super squeaky. Whenever one of us turned (to say the least) it made a huge noise. Also the soap dispenser fell off the shower wall and they never fixed it. They have a good variety of food but everything is very blend. During checkout they accidentally tried to double-charge us. We needed to remind the employee that we had already payed the room in advance. I am sure it was a honest mistake but was nevertheless an unfortunate experience.

The navigation was turning us back several times but fortunately Laura the receptionist lady was so kind to help us to find the street of the hotel. She was always helpful in many related issues such like electric car Charging or difficult payment…the staff is always helpful and kind and everyone speaks English. The food was excellent. Super delicious and healthy. Especially the cakes and sweets woooow it was fantastic! We will definitely come back soon

Third time staying, the staff and overall feel never disappoint. I'd like to that Laura (host/receptionist) for being positively sneaky by booking us a room right next to our family that was also staying in the hotel (we did not make any plans beforehand).

If anything, I'd point out confusing floor vs elevator markings. For example, we were staying on the 3rd floor, but inside the elevator that would be the 4th, etc. One of the indoor pools could definitely use sound dampening, as the echoing is bordeline unbearable.

We loved that every corner of the hotel there was a little playground, toy or some ammusement for our kid. Even at the elevator's door at every floor. The staff was super friendly. Great selection at the buffet with a good amount of kid friendly item. Great view from our 4th floor seeside balcony.

Some stuff didn't speek English, altough they always tried to communicate with sign languagle which worked most of the time.

A great space for a child. Things to play atound with in every corner, the fun park, the ball pits... The food was also nice. The rooms are clean in general, but all the textile covered furniture and carpets are very badly stained, througout the entire hotel which really bothered me, as the hotel is fairly new and seems to keep "high standards" otherwise. Looks a bit worn down.

The view was beautiful and the kids playgrounds are really good.

The room was small and the balcony was really uncomfortable. What was really bothering me, was the hotel restaurant. You have to walk thru the 3 rooms to get all the food. On the one side you get the the main dishes, than you have to go in the other room, past tables, for the salad or the dessert.

Pretty new hotel directly at the beach. We had a family room with two rooms which where pretty big and modern. Please be aware that this is a family hotel and that there are a lot of small kids in the hotel.

House keeping service leaves a lot to be desired. We kept our bathroom pretty clean. It seemed that house keeping thought that they do not need to clean it. Used towels where removed, but not replaced. We need to ask for toilet paper, because it was not replenished.
