Lovely big room with large comfortable bed. Great location looking out on the Marina. Good sized balcony. A real sun trap. Plenty of space and ample parking. Nice hotel indoor pool. Quality furnishings,

Hotel advertised a lift but it was out of order all time we were there. No tea and coffee making facilities in room. Corridor lighting was all on timing sensors but all set too short by 10--15 seconds so regularly in dark for few seconds at a time. Hot water dispenser/urn not heated so water cooled during breakfast. This made it impossible to properly brew tea which does of course need boiling/very hot water.

Very friendly staff, a luxurious feel to the stay and felt very welcomed. The location is ideal; close enough to the town center at walking distance but far enough to not experience any of the noise. Rooms are very, very spacious, the beds are humongous and the cleaning is being done thoroughly every day. The nautical feel of the interior has to be of your liking, but the double desk was a bonus as well as the minibar. Wifi throughout the building and even on the premises was very nice to have. Because there was enough to do around Novigrad we weren't able to use the spa, but that looked very lush as well.

I missed a bit of normal bread or toast bread at breakfast. The juices were all diluted with mineral water, which made them all a bit too watery to my likings. Apart from that the TV was a bit too small (or the room to big for the TV =)), I do feel that a few things can get a bit of a spruce-up; for instance the shower fittings felt slightly outdated and worn. Same for the the lighting in the room (only indirect lighting in the most parts of the room). But those were really the only negatives on this amazing place!

Our room overlooked the marina and as it was at the end of season the marina was full with all the boats docked for the arrival of winter. We loved the view from our balcony and our room was huge. Parking was easy in their private car park and the staff were friendly and helpful. And a nice selection of food for breakfast. There were still a few local restaurants open and Konzum and Plodine were just a 5 min walk. Very nice walking tracks and we very much enjoyed our stay so did our dog. I would definitely recommend a stay.

Unfortunately the lift was not working but the staff helped carry our bags.

We loved Marko on reception Free parking, with a ticket to het you in and out Short stroll into Old Town The bar looked fun, sadly we didn't get a chance to visit

A bottle of water in the room on arrival and some in room tea and coffee making facilities would be a nice addition.

Location excellent, very clean, new, nice smelling, eco friendly, staff exceptionally nice, accomodating.Very patient with a little curious toddler with lots of questions and plenty energy. A really nice touch was the toothbrush and toothpaste pack - appreciate it. Breakfast amazing with lots of choice and lovely fresh produce. Pool clean, all tidy and functional. The rooms are decorated in a nautical style - really beautiful. We had a room with partial sea view which was very nice and we enjoyed looking at the sea and boats in the marina from the terase. Cannot wait to go back.

The little black Ikea chair in the bathroom is useful but does not match the beautiful blue tiles.

Excellent localization. Beautiful view of the marina. Free parking. Good breakfasts. The toilet has a bidet. There is a swimming pool. There are many restaurants nearby with wonderful views, including those from the Michelin Guide.

There are a lot of staff, some were nice and friendly, some were unpleasant, rude and unresponsive. The rooms are already in need of preventative repairs. The quality of food in the restaurant is average. I recommend heading into town for dinner.

it is a bit expensive, but after all you are basically at a yacht club, the small bar at the hotel could be better which is a missed opportunity because the location is great

The location of the hotel is excellent. Room is very large and nice decorated. I loved the massage (the girl in charge with it is wonderful). Breakfast is also good. I also loved the smell in the entire hotel and you can buy from the hotel aromatherapy candles/diffusers. Actually we loved everything.

Huge comfortable room with a nice view; huge comfortable bed; Breakfast choices OK - lots of fresh fruit and nice dried fruits with muesli but see below. Waitress very helpful though in preparing me a de-caff coffee with plant milk

The shower was the old-fashioned sort which comes up from the bath taps - it was OK but not brilliant. Breakfast - no protein options for vegans. Soya yoghurt would have been good and maybe some protein options for a savoury option (bean pate/hummus/tofu based products for example).

Hotel Nautica is a nice hotel in front of a beautiful Marina, very close to Old town Novigrad. We had a great balcony looking to the sea and marina. Their restaurant is quite good too. Breakfast is just OK. Lots of options, but not presented very exciting. They have great parking and some of the staff were fun, relaxing to be around. Others just thought they were working a 6-star place and very ignorant. Sorry to write this, but just get down to earth and be happy to work at a good 4-star hotel, OK ? All in all, we were happy with our stay.
