Some of the staff members are very nice and helpful, and tried their best to satisfy the guests, although, there wasn't enough staff, they were out numbered by the tourists and couldn't keep up with the requests.

The reason for which I write the review is that they sprayed some toxic mosquitoes substances everywhere, and after inhaling that poison, I started coughing and felt my throat very irritated. Then, I heard many people coughing and talking about that toxic substance they smelled. This is the first time when I am paying a huge amount of money, 621€ / 1 night, so I can get sick. Such a terrible experience.

What an excellent place! I've never stayed anywhere fancy before, but had little choice as there was little other accommodation available at last minute. But wow, I was really impressed by everything. Never ending supplies of bottled water, which I really needed due to the hot days. It was much appreciated. Ive never seen a buffet breakfast like it! There was so much to choose from I ended up not being able to decide. And on the last night I had the buffet dinner which was equally as impressive. The staff are able to organise anything you wish and nothing is troublesome for them. And the gifts they provide in the rooms made me feel very special. Very clean, excellent housekeeping staff, you get a lot for the price. Its also in a great location, close to organised activities in the area, and next to the popular sunset spot and 'grotto'. The hotel also has lots of water activities for guests and the public.

Not much to dislike. I just couldnt figure out how to turn on the heated towel rail so I could dry my clothes. But I didnt ask either.

It is a very lovely sea side hotel. From the beginning to the end everything was awesome. Our room was clean and it has been cleaned every day. They left small cookies and cakes everyday to our room. Sea side was always clean and the sun baths were comfortable. In addition to that breakfasts + dinners were extremely delicious. We loved that. It was our honeymoon vacation and i could say we definetly choosed the right hotel. I

Maybe towel centers can be update. There are lack of staff there. If you are sitting in the sea side for the get towel you should go to the pool side. :(

It's hard to find fault with this hotel. They made us feel like a million dollars. From the beautiful architectural and interior design throughout the hotel, everything spotlessly clean, top class service from the moment you drive to the entrance to the moment you leave, amazing choice and quality of breakfast and dinner buffet items. Lots of thoughtful extras free of charge - beach bag, flip flops, constant bottles of water in your room, afternoon refreshments drink at the sunbeds. Prices of drinks and lunches in the bars was very reasonable. Management were visible throughout our stay, making sure everything ran like clockwork and everywhere scrupiously clean. There is so much space and private areas around the hotel and grounds that it never felt busy. Beach boys did a great job managing beds. This is a top class hotel.

The Istrian location is not so easy to reach, but don't let this put you off. There was a slight worry every day as to whether you would get sunbeds in a good spot.

Wow what an amazing new hotel! Stunning design throughout and an amazing infinity pool! Indoor pool equally beautiful and what great views too ! Sadly it was too cold for dip in the sea, but the rocky beach area is just beautiful so definitely looking forward to coming back when the weather is warmer ! We didn't dine in a fine dining restaurant however we have a tried few smaller dishes that were offered for lunch on the outdoor terrace and they were exceptional ! As we were with kids we chose the dinner buffet option and the food was just fantastic! One of the best buffets I've ever had anywhere. Quality food, great healthy choices and at at great value too! Breakfast was fabulous too! We had a slight issue with electricity in our room and not only did we get to change rooms promptly, but were given a massive upgrade to the most stunning suite one can dream of! Special thanks to Selma for making our stay at Brioni Pula truly memorable! She is an exceptionally lovely, professional , helpful and friendly front of house! Brioni Pula is lucky to have you! Location of the hotel is lovely and one can take lovely walks by the coast line . Pula Arena is 10 min drive so very close to the centre too.

I am struggling to find anything that I would change. It's a truly gorgeous new hotel! Perhaps a glass of wine can be slightly larger? When you order a glass of wine the measure if very small .. this however seems to be standard practice in most of the Croatian hotels so not something reserved for Grand Brioni Pula..

I had the pleasure of staying in this amazing hotel, it was a unique experience! - Luxury hotel, excellent service and great staff. - The hotel located on the sea, surrounded by green nature and stunning view. - A beautiful and special outdoor pool, overlooking the sea, and a very pleasant indoor pool. - The room was very nice and comfortable. - The wellness & spa area has a special and very pleasant atmosphere. Very impressive unique hotel, well designed, offers an unforgettable experience. Warmly recommended – for sure I’ll be back again!

Wonderful architecture and breathtaking swimmingpool.

Staff did not cope with the temporary rather bad weather. They were standing around uselessly telling the guests that sun umbrellas are not allowed to be opened due to the bad weather although there was neither rain nor wind. So some people were almost suffering from sunburn because they did not get shade. They proofed to be inflexible or simply lazy. Furthermore, restaurants were closed on Monday. The only option was the regular buffet restaurant mainly for guests with half-pension. Neither was the restaurant at the pool side nor the one at the beach side open.

Dani - best concierge ever! Amazing restaurant “Sophia”. Great evening buffet restaurant with quality - choice. Wonderful breakfast. Big indoor pool with fresh water. Amazing outdoor pool with salt water. The sea is only a few steps away and with all the Hotel service… Fantastic ice cream. Wonderful furniture, great design! The staff is very friendly!!! (Does not matter that not all of them are professionals 😉). Sunset at the restaurant terraces or the bar: priceless!!! 😊

Hotel is newly renovated. Great design. Staff were lovely and helpful. Room was clean. Spa very nice. Breakfast had good variety of food and high quality.

1. Room service was intermittent. Eg got turn down service 1 night out of 3. Water was similarly refreshed only 1/3 days 2. Renovation snagging. Eg the under bed strip light was hanging off. Towel hooks were not properly attached to wall 3. Rooms. Reasonably small inc. bathrooms, no balcony (doors do open wide). Means no place to hang wet items despite being a beach resort 4. Lights. Lots of white led lights around room at night (e..g a/c, DND, on light switches). Makes rooms very light at night 5. Limited supply of sun loungers and very close proximity to each other both by pool and sea area. Note cabanas costs €120/day (there is no signs on the cabanas themselves, you have to read the in room info to discover this)

Definitely recommended that hotel. We were allowed to checked it at around 11:30 am that was very nice. There breakfast is until 11 am so you can have your sleep in. This hotel have infinity indoor and outdoor views with breathtaking views. A little forest to go for a walk and a garden to relax. Beach right in from the hotel with more beautiful beach only four/5 minutes walk. During my stayed I had an incident there I hurt my ankle. I trip outside the stairs on the way to the beach. I couldn't move for a little while. The hotel had be really nice taking care of me during that incident. They even have a tourist emergency doctor service which was very helpful for a clear mind that my ankle wasn't fracture. From breakfast to dinner was absolutely amazing lots of choises to pick from. I stayed in few five stars hotel but this one definitely beats the other five stars. All the staffs was very nice and welcoming. Had a massage at the spa couldn't recommend enough if you like massages. The girls from the massage was super nice too they acknowledge very well to be gentle with my ankle while getting my massage. With no doubt I 100% recommend this hotel. I myself will definitely make a come back. I enjoyed it so much during my stayed.

I like every single things about this hotel. Nothing to complain.
