Great location. From the airport 25 minutes by taxi. From the center of Pula - 10 minutes by car. The hotel complex is located in a pine forest right on the seashore. Large area for walking. We had a room with a sea view, a gorgeous view. It’s not even with a sea view, but when you open the window and you’re immediately on the sea. The room is compact and has everything you need, the beds are comfortable. The kitchen has the necessary utensils. Warm pool (heated sea water). There are 2 beaches and several small coves nearby. There are 2 restaurants on site with sea views, delicious food and comfortable prices.

Amazing position on the coast a few miles outside Pula town. very quite and our apartment has amazing views over the coast, great walks along the coastal paths and good swimming in the sea. The rooms are simple but clean and everything worked. For €60 a night it is amazing value for money.

the restaurant at the pool is not great, it was the worst meal we had during our stay in Pula, staff were friendly and helpful though. I think it is ridiculous that they charge staying guests to use the sleeper sofa’s at the pool which leaves you with no option other than to sit on the restaurant’s chairs. A very silly and short sighted way of trying to make extra money.

Great location, can walk to numerous beaches, aquarium and adventure park. Took the bus into Pula easily which was cheap and regular. Pool is very salty but good and we visited the 2 restaurants which are both good value and offer lovely food. Really enjoyed our stay and all the available activities in the area 😍

The accommodation description provided during booking was accurate. They don't advertise any luxury, so don't expect anything luxurious. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and spacious, and the huge balcony offers a great view of the sea if you pay extra for it. Breakfast is available for 12 euros per person. The pool is nice and filled with seawater, but there's an extra charge of 12-15 euros for the loungers. Despite the restaurant within the pool area having poor reviews when we checked, everything we ordered (chicken burger, pizza, grilled calamari, Mediterranean salad) was nice. Overall, we are very happy with our stay.

We had the accommodation option: one-Bedroom Apartment with Panoramic Sea View. I only rate this type. + this apartment was in a quiet area (there are also other types of apartments) + large terrace (only with Panaromic Sea View Apartment) + despite the tall trees in front of the terrace, a beautiful view of the sea (I was on 1 floor out of 3) + very close to the sea (stairs to the sea) + very close to the pool (great thing for kids) + very close to the pool restaurant (good menu) + reception 24/7

- the view of the part of the resort from the sea did not look very dignified (in the area where the pool and restaurant were) - umbrellas by the pool are not included and there weren't enough of them - but that's typical of any big resort. - theoretically, if the management of the resort wanted, they could better arrange the areas under the beautiful pine trees where you could chill (now there are stones, tall grass, sticks). There is nowhere to hide from the sun with children.

The resort was close to a number of different beaches within a short walk. The rooms had air con in living room and in bedroom. The kitchen was well equipped and had a full fridge freezer. The pool was clean and never too busy. Bus stop.outsideresort made visiting Pula centre very easy. Reception staff were very informative and around 24/7

The pool was a combo of salt water and chlorine took a while to get used to. You had to pay for loungers at the pool in a resort you had already paid for - strange.

We stayed in the 4 person room and the balcony was incredible, right over the sea and very close to the pool. The poolside restaurant was affordable and delicious, super convenient for breakfast and lunch. Great air con

For Americans used to a hotel this is NOT that. It is set up more like apartments i.e there is no common areas, reception is a different building 10 min away, the restaurant is either by the pool or in a different building. Facilities were clean and functional but dated. Rooms and property was austere, very bare bones in terms of warmth and decor. No lounge chairs on the patio was lame but there was a set of plastic table and chairs at least. Bus to Pula center was only a 10-15 min walk and very direct but if you aren’t used to walking could be annoying. We relied mostly on Ubers, about 7-9€ each way.

Spacious apartment with sea view in the building (Splendid 1) next to the swiming pool. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Sufficient parking lots for all car owners. Several restaurants, bars, grocery and souvenir shops are open in the premises of the resort.

I wish there was a washing machine or a daily towels change. I understand that some hotels/resorts follow the greener option for once weekly sheet change and every 3 days for towels.

This was a great value for money stay. The hotel is on a resort, which has a few different apartment options, a pool, two places to eat, a shop, snack bar, and amenities for renting bikes etc. The shop on-site is really good, but does close at 4pm. The room was self-catering, and came with pots and pans etc, as well as a fridge and storage space. It was great for our stay and did everything it needed to. The staff were really helpful and friendly. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to Pula, or you can get a tour bus outside of the resort. The hotel also has parking for free, which is helpful if you’re travelling by car or you have a rental.

It costs to hire sunbeds & umbrellas, which was a shame given the pictures of the pool in the booking. After about 2pm they usually don’t charge, but you can always stay on the floor/ on the chairs and tables instead without a fee. The hotel generally could benefit from some modernisation, but for the price of the stay it’s worth the money if you’re looking to stay outside of Pula and by the sea/ coast. (added picture of the coast, which has ladders at certain points so that you can get in- though bring wet shoes!!)

From the moment we go to the resort, the staff were so friendly and would do anything and everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible; very helpful. The apartments were clean, spacious, comfortable, clean, and great air conditioning. TV had english speaking programmes to watch...yay. The restaurants and shops at the resort were friendly, great food selection and great value for money. The views were amazing, especially around the pool. It was a perfect experience...just wished we had stayed longer.

It's a long walk to the swimming pool but scenic. A lot of rocky stairs to climb.
