We come every year for almost 20 years, book 3 to four appartments in last years for the whole family. We love the place, beach, park pool.

I think that sofas should not be considered standard beds. In studios for 3 people, the third person does not have comfort sleep. In appartments for 4 people even 2 person sleep on sofa. This is not fair. I had personal experience and the sofa is small for 2 people, low, hard, divided in the middle. I would also appreciate, that if the resort promises exact appartments they find the way how to make it happen. We were several times ensured, that we can have our favorite app, but at the reception, they treated us, as they did not know anything.

This resort was absolutely fantastic, with an incredible level of cleanliness and maintenance. The lawns and sidewalks were well-kept, and the beach was spotless, with no litter in sight. The apartment itself was well-maintained and regularly cleaned, and the functioning air conditioning added to the comfort of the stay. The presence of a coffee machine and an electric stove made it convenient to prepare meals in the apartment. The resort's amenities were perfect for families, with a pool that included entertaining activities and slides for the children. The beach, although pebbly, provided a nice escape from the heat thanks to the abundance of trees offering shade. It was also conveniently close to the apartment, just around 200 meters away. The dining experience at the resort was outstanding, with a wide variety of delicious treats available. Despite the large number of guests, the food was plentiful, and the staff managed the queues efficiently. The service provided by the staff was both friendly and professional, adding to the overall positive experience. In conclusion, this resort is a superb destination for a vacation, offering exceptional cleanliness, great amenities, and delectable dining options. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone seeking a fantastic and enjoyable getaway.

The location is perfect, beautiful. The breakfast and dinner were always very good, with a huge variety of food. Even as a vegetarian I always had plenty of options to choose from and they were delicious. Loads of healthy foods were available in the buffet, we really appreciated it as we are a helath conscious couple. It is worth mentioning that one can walk long distances on the beach and even have their dogs with them. Overall a really good experience!

Dinner could start a bit earlier (at 6, instead of 7), it's not a huge issue, bit for those who like to go to bed early, starting dinner at 7 is a bit late.

Quiet place with quaint houses. You can make fantastic films here. Houses with their own courtyard are especially convenient. Our room was a little damp, I think it was because we were already in the fall. Beautiful sea, but you need corrals. The entrance is rocky. There is a pier. Swimming pool with water park. Beach for dogs. Beach for nudists. Large territory. Good breakfast (buffet). There were fruits. Tasty. You can take a walk along the coastline. Special thanks to the staff. Polite and correct, always trying to help.

Terrible internet. In our room, I couldn’t even find the network. It worked for friends, but very poorly. It was only possible to work near the pool, restaurant and reception. My mobile Internet also worked very poorly. So if you want to relax and work, this may be problematic

Great location on a beautiful beach - perfect for families. The apartment was small and a little run down and not that clean. The pool was lovely but the water slides weren't quite as big as they looked on the photos! Great restaurant, well stocked supermarket on site and really lovely, helpful staff. We loved our stay (especially the beach!)

The resort is a little tired looking and could do with an update. There were no laundry facilities but you could use the laundry machines in the next door campsite which was great.

The resort is so cosy, woth cute little apartments all over the beach. The restaurant and all the food was fantastic with so many different kinds of food. The staff was very kind and the apartments were clean. The best thing is that everything is so close - the beach, restaurant, market… the old town is 7mins with car - worth the visit! And we loved the free deckchairs on the beach.

It was a bit small, but anyways was great.

everthing went well, Staff in the reception and elsewhere are amazing. 3rd year in a tow going there it does not stop amazing me. Food is good, ambiance is great. Maintenance and cleaning staff was super nice, not withstanding the high heat, they work hard and keep everybody fully equipped. Mini club and Mini disco staff were amazing, super friendly and caring with our son. One of the main reasons why we keep on selecting Villas Rubin

The sofa bed was a little bit outdated, together with the pillows. Sofabed was a bit hard to sleep. WiFi signal was very intermitent and low in the room. This year there was no coffee machine (filter coffee) available. But if you don´t drink coffee early morning, no worries, coffee at the bar, restaurant and bakery is always available. Entertainment for kids and night shows should be a bit better distributed (seats I mean)

Variety of beaches, kids playing at the pool area, close location to walk to the center, somewhat clean unit except the shower curtain

Dirty shower curtain, not having a dish sponge in the unit, maybe having a sign with Not cleaning required or no towels needed, so staff doesn’t need to try to get in every day, so people can enjoy privacy and not being disturbed every day…

Great for families with kids, there are lots of activities for them in the resort - miniclub, minidisco, water slides etc... The reception staff was very helpful & cleaning ladies were great - quickly cleaned all appartment every few days.

The sleeping sofa in living room was very uncomfortable (too hard), the beds in bedroom were fine. Sunbeds on the beach were taken right from morning (towel on them) but nobody came to sit in them the whole morning. There were plenty of other sunbeds we could use but the shadow space under the trees is limited...

The pool and the water slides (my daughter had her best time there), breakfast, the apartment's private garden, the seaside just in front of the resort, the evening entertainment for kids, and, last but not least, the beautiful walk that follows the coast and brings you to the center of Rovinj is really enjoyable! It was our first time there but we are already planning to be back next year.

nothing really...the apartment furniture is quite basic but when you are on holiday at the seaside it doesn't matter that much :)
