Nice location, clean, friendly people, good breakfast, meal in the evening is also nice and reception was very friendly and helpfull. Everywhere somebody to help if necessary.

The restaurant crew was awesome! They really tried to do their best They remembered and fulfilled every single request that we have asked and prepared special courses without gluten just because we mentioned it in the reservation The apartment we received was big enough and very comfortable (It's fit for family with separate room for parents) The location is perfect for visiting the lakes - 30 minutes far from the site

The hotel need a renew and level up its bathroom There is no service to phone around the hotel so you need use the hotel Wi-Fi which isn't fully stable

Beautiful hotel, lovely and clean. Nice spacious facilities and close enough to the town to be accessible by car. Also has all of the excursions to the rivers and surroundings right from the hotel which was convenient.

The food was terrible. My wife is allergic to gluten and the hotel had promised they could accommodate that. On arrival we were told that they had no gluten free items at all and no gluten free flour to make bread. Nothing was offered as a replacement so she was left to just eat the minimum. We had one meal in the restaurant which was badly cooked and my daughter found pieces of metal (from a scouring pad) in her chicken salad. The hotel did eventually refund two of the four meals, but only after much discussion and my wife was incredibly limited as to what she could order as they again had no gluten free options.

Breakfast wasn't excellent, but was very good. The room was very clean, comfortable and very spacious, as well as the bathroom. Huge shower with easy access. Super comfy beds and massive table to keep your stuff. The hotel is dog-friendly with no extra charge for the dog (big plus for that!).

Although the hotel is dog friendly, there are lots of "no dogs allowed" signs at lawns located around. At night it was very difficult to find a place for dog's evening toilet. No bottled water or kettle (to prepare tea/coffee) in the room.

Very helpful friendly staff, quads and rafting excellent, restaurant good value and 1/2 the price of split. Aircon good, ‘apartment’ room ideal for families. 30min to Plitvice, slunj down the road was great for a walk around on arrival. We were all really impressed with our stay.

Nothing. Minor issue with freezer compartment defrosting between last people and us resolved in minutes.

Great hotel. Lovely decor. Comfortable beds. Quiet, clean and well furnished rooms. Welcoming and super helpful staff. Great buffet breakfast and a wide range of local sourced foods in the restaurant, which I would highly recommend. Viktoria (on reception) and Nikolina (in the restaurant) were particularly pleasant and helpful.

Would have loved coffee making facilities in the room. Would have loved also to have been able to stay longer (but hoping to be back...)

The Hotel is in a beautiful location. Good and free parking. The room was really large with balcony, modern and extra clean. The staff was very kinde and helpful. The breakfast was great, and in the restaurant was very delicious eveything all day. The quad tour was a lifetime memory, special thanks to the tour guide.

It sits on its own I thought it was in the town of Slunj, its probably 10 min drive and 30 minutes to the Plitivic Nat Park Tea and Coffee not in the room

Warm and pleasant staff, fantastic breakfast, nice surroundings and rooms oriented away from the street, best "štrudla" ever! Spacious and comfy rooms. Free parking. Good selection of drinks. Close to Rastoke (5mins with car or 1 hour by foot). All in all, fantastic option if you want to explore Rastoke and its walking or cycling routes - simply to experience pure nature.

Nothing really to point out. Maybe few more vegetarian dishes in the menu.

Everything was fine; an unassuming Hotel set back off the main road, easy to find. Checkin staff professional. Room on 3rd floor with countryside views. There is a lift. The room has everything as needed. We paid extra for buffet breakfast @ €6 per person. The buffet was extensive.

Energy saving comment: Why have the minibar fridge running when it is empty? But no negative comments.
