We had a wonderful stay at Kristina's apartment. It has amazing views, it's very spacious, and a parking space that's off the street. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for our short stay. We had an easy time finding the place. We got there before Kristina but her neighbour was very lovely and called her for us, and we had a very easy time checking in and out. Kristina was lovely enough to let us keep the car there a bit longer in the morning as we went back into town for breakfast before heading off. The house is a short walk from the city centre and it's situated in a lovely area. It's also close to a supermarket.

The apprtment is like a penthouse. with beautiful view of the port above the city rooftops from the lovely balcony. The appartment is big and comfortable. Had nice kitchen, living room with sofa, lundry machine, AC and every thing you need in a vacation. Perfect location - 7 minuts of waking to the port. FREE parking spot. (and if you need more parking spot, the street near by is also free, but you will need to wait untill some will move his car). The host was very helpful and gave me tips for parking spots. need them because my original had changed and i needed to improvise a parking spot. Been there in the start of sep 2024

The location of the apartment is great as it's only 5-10 minutes walk to the center, with plenty of restaurants in only 5 minutes. It has a nice view to the harbor. There's also a great bakery right on the street below as well as a supermarket. Our host was very helpful, she gave us plenty of information. The parking space is also a big plus.

You have to walk up a very steep drive to get to the building so if you have mobility issues, maybe you should think twice. It is doable but a bit difficult.

Great location and the apartment was clean. It was just steps from the old town, Marjan park, and a convenience store. The apartment had everything we needed for a 4 day stay. The wine opener was missing, but the host was able to accommodate almost immediately. The showerhead broke while we were there, but the host was quick to fix this (same day). Overall, nice place to stay.

The bed was not super comfortable and the toilet clogged up easily.

The views from this lovely apartment were amazing, it is only about a 10 minute walk into the old town and it also has parking. The apartment had everything you needed for cooking, relaxing and enjoying split. The host was lovely and very helpful, she met us on site and showed us wee to park, the beds are really comfortable and the apartment was bigger than expected. If you are looking for a great place to stay in Split, I would highly recommend this place as it was lovely

Short walk to the beach, and short walk to downtown Split. Close to supermarkets, and the apartment has a parking spot right on the property. The apartment was very comfortable for 2 adults and 2 small children.. Beautiful view. Good WiFi connection.

The shower is a bit uncomfortable, but other than that, all is great.

Amazing view from the kitchen balcony, available parking lot, 15 mins walk to the city center, supermarket just nearby. Firently host, available to explain in good English all the required details and to properly accomodate the guests. The apartment is equipped with all the necessary amenities.

Checkout is at 10:00 sharp, we exceeded it by 5-10 mins, as we travelled with kids and we got informed at 10:00 via 3 sources of communication that we needed to checkout.Maybe this is just a local habit :)

Very comfortable apartment with fabulous view over the Bay. Everything you needed was in the apartment and owner was very friendly and available if needed. Location was brilliant as in the middle between Old Town and a lovely beach.

Nothing not to like

The location is great - close both to the beach and to the center. The host was very attentive and helpful.

The furniture and amenities are not very new, but all of them work.

The owner of the house, a very nice woman (Kristina), met us and explained about all the attractions in the area. The house is lovely, a quality shower, a kitchen with all the necessary utensils and comfortable beds! And in addition to everything there is also a wonderful view from the window!! Everything is within walking distance of a few minutes!
