The staff was absolutely wonderful from the very begining. The pool was amazing, the wellness centre has Finish sauna, steam room and infrared sauna. Absolutely amazing! We could use the jacuzzi quite often during our stay, towels and bathrobes were provided. Cocktails were amazing and there are plenty of sofas and sunbeds on the terrace. The views are absolutely stunning! Breakfast has so many options! All the staff was super helpful, and welcoming. Absolutely recommended for a relaxing stay.

Everything was amazing, I loved it all!

My partner and I spent New Year's Eve at the hotel. We arrived at the hotel earlier and were granted an early check-in without an extra charge. We also got a free upgrade to an Executive Suite, "Fortuna," even though we originally booked a Superior Double room. The room was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped with an enormous bed that could comfortably fit 4 people. In one of the two bathrooms, there is a large bathtub, ideal for couples who like it romantic. Two balconies with a beautiful view of the sea and the city. The highlight is the wellness area on the 7th floor of the hotel. Equipped with 2 different saunas, a steam bath, a beautiful roof terrace with an outdoor pool, a jacuzzi, and sun loungers, with a beautiful view of the sea and the city as well. Very friendly staff at the reception and in the wellness area. We will definitely return.

The underground garage is very good, especially because of the complicated parking situation in the city, but the price of €13 per day is, in my opinion, too expensive. That extra cost was not highlighted well enough when I booked the accommodation. The breakfast choice was limited but well-prepared and enjoyable. Better organization on the behalf of the staff at breakfast would be desirable. When we arrived at the breakfast, we were unpleasantly asked which room we were coming from, as if we were intruders from outside. In general, breakfast was a bit chaotic and disorganized. A host at the entrance of the dining area and a fixed table space for each room would also be appropriate.

This is the best hotel I have ever been to... From amenities and cleanliness to nice and helpful staff. They deserve more than 5 stars. There isn't anything that this hotel hasn't thought of providinig to the guests. The rooms are cleaned every day, every inch of the hotel is perfect and spotless. There is a library, a piano, a pool table for those looking for some entertainment and there are jacuzzi, saunas and steam bath for those in need of relaxation, which are also the cleanest I have been to. The breakfast is great, all varieties of food for everyone's needs. The rooms are very spacious and stylish. All in all, the most perfect place for you and your friends or family to stay when you want to see the gorgeous city of Split. I recommend them wholeheartedly and I will definitely go back. Absolutely nothing. Everything was as great as it could be.

At least suites had enough space and closets (even two TV`s) and a small balcony. Also bathroom was spacious and had bathtub. Breakfast was plentiful. Roof pool and jacuzzi, small gym with 3 saunas suprised me positively. Hotel had restaurant and cosy bar and small Tommy's shop downstairs. Hotel was situated a little bit off all rush but walkable to beach and Riva.

Gym was not opened until 10:00. Finnish sauna was out of order one day and next day whole spa area was closed way before closing time 20:00. It was very disappointed to arrive from dusty ATV tour to find out saunas and pool were closed before closing time. Bar was closed at 21:00.

The atmosphere was calm and welcoming and it was nicely decorated and well looked after. The standard double was roomy and the bed was huge - as per picture. The bed was made up of two singles pushed together but each 'single' was a 3/4 double. I think maybe the superior doubles just have a better view. We still had a balcony. The shower was good, the roof top pool, jacuzzi and sauna etc were great and because we went in mid October, really quiet (but it was still warm enough to use). The hotel is a little way from the old town but this was not a problem. An uber was 4 euros each way (5 min drive) and they were only ever a couple of minutes away. I am coeliac and requested a gluten free breakfast. There was enough for me to choose from and they provided gluten free bread on request. Overall I was really pleased we had chosen this hotel and would stay again if we were to revisit Split.

The only tiny thing would be the pillows - one was not enough and two were too much, but that's probably just me.

Great infinity pool, good location about 15 mins out of the Old Town. Staff were really lovely and a good spread for breakfast, especially the cakes! Fairly priced. Fabulous and large en-suite bathroom and very clean. Rooftop was a fabulous bonus with lots of room and jacuzzi, sauna and of course the pool with a view of the City. Staff at rooftop could not be more lovely and made such an effort which was so appreciated. Didn’t try spa but it was great to have it as an option.

If I am being picky, there was a funny smell sometimes in the reception area (boiled vegetables) the rooms were super spacious but a little tired (marks on walls, stains on sofa etc) and just a little sparse and didn’t feel that luxurious. Dining room was also a bit functional and soulless inside but we sat outside for breakfast on the covered terrace which was nice. Would not be tempted to have dinner at the hotel because of the lack of ambience.

The pool and pool area were really lovely and the pool bar staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Bar food at the pool was also excellent Reception staff also exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast good with option for freshly made omelettes to order Room was large attractive and clean

The location is exactly as advertised but it is a wee but out of town. The walk home is a good 15/20 mins and is mostly uphill which is fine but it was a hot hot walk when we were there. Having said that an uber was only 5 euros ! And that solved that issue completely

The hotel was really nice with absolutely perfect views from the 7th floor swimming pool. Bonus was that you could actually throw water to kiuas in Finnish sauna :). The hotel workers were very polite and welcoming. The breakfast offering was a little limited but otherwise ok with possibility to have omelette of your choosing. Downstairs is a small store and it was easy to Uber all around city for around 5€ a ride. There was not that much activities near the hotel or we did not see them. All in all very nice hotel and can recommend, especially the 7th floor is excellent.

It's located 20min. walk outside of the city center, so it was good to escape the hustle and bustle in the evening. It was very clean and had good WIFI. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The spa/pool area was awesome on the rooftop floor, so nice view over Split. There were bathrobes and slippers in the room for the spa and pool area.

Small gym without towels and it only opens earlier than 10am if you ask in advance. The breakfast buffet for a 4* star hotel was disappointing.

Great hotel if you're looking for something a bit further away from the busy historical centre of Split. Easy 15 min walk to historical centre and on main bus route (no 18) with a stop 2 mins walk. Spotlessly clean rooms with large beds and lots of storage. Lovely rooftop pool and loungers to relax after walking the city. Plenty of choice at breakfast and the made to orders omelettes were delicious. Concierge really helpful wjth booking is some reataurants.

In a built up area so dont expect "pretty" views of the city, but would highly recommend this hotel as a base.
