Missing curtains on beds, I consider this as a MUST for a good hostel (quick win for comfort in dorm from air conditioning, room light and privacy) Some facilities, like bathrooms, would deserve maintenance or pension:)

Location is great, staff is very friendly and helpful, kitchen facilities are good and the swimming pool on the roof was very nice indeed.

I was in a dormitory of 8 beds in a room which was too small for so many people to be in one room. Music that was blasting from the bar underneath was excessively loud and it went on until midnight and than got quieter, but still carried on for a while as well as noise from people who obviously were bar guests. Fortunately as a former DJ, I am ok with music but nevertheless as I went to bed at 9pm, it woke me up couple of times before it dissipated.

It's a rather big hostel that also provides separate rooms for couples or families, The room I stayed in was not so big, but good enough for hanging in Zagreb for few days. Its location is very close to city center and quite convenient for roaming around the city. The personnel at the reception was friendly and helpful. They said that their parking space is limited, nevertheless I was provided with a quite good roofed spot. Read carefully driving directions provided by the host: you should arrive from a specific direction to get to the entrance arc.

It's still a hostel, but if you are not looking for super-duper luxury with a football field-size room and a beautiful view behind the huge window - it's not a problem at all.

The hostel is within walking distance from the main hustle and bustle of zagreb. For the price this is amazing. The room was spacious enough and lockers were large. The key is provided. Staff are SUPER amazing. They go out of their way to help you, from finding the hostel location to helping you with their recommendations. The female shower room has enough showers and the maids were cleaning all the time. Surprised how clean it was kept considering the amount of people staying there during my stay.

You could hear everything through the walls and my room was against the shower room. The top bunk bed could use a little shelf but otherwise nothing more to add.

The staff was very nice. They were aviable at any time. You could ask them anyting. Were to go to have a meal, have a good time or do some activities. The rooms were clean at all time. Sometimes we turned on the air conditioner in the room to combat the heat during the night, that was also nice. Two people there were volunteering and they helped me a lot, during my stay. I am very thankful for them and the staff, because if it weren't it for them I would have not experienced Zagreb the way I did.

There was not particularly anything that bothered me.

The hostel was convenient and very near to the upper town. I could walk to the central bus station and central railway station within half an hour. You could visit all the sights by walking. The hostel staff at the reception was excellent especially Maja who actively helped me bring my baggage upstairs and recommended a few local restaurants to me. She was nice and professional.

Not every bed had the A/C sockets nearby. My bed just came across no A/C sockets. The hanging clothes area in the bathroom was too little.

The location is great, right in the city centre. I came with a car, so free parking there was a big plus for me. Room was spacious and the whole hostel was very clean, also the bathroom and kitchen.. It was quiet. Beds were comfortable. I really had a good night sleep. Stuff was very friendly and helpful with everything. I really enjoyed the stay, and I would return again if I’d needed a place to stay in the city centre. Very good value for the price.

I have nothing negative to say.

The location is great to walk around the Old Town. Just 15 min by tram to the bus station. Good kitchen, clean rooms, big lockers.

There is no much space to chill and relax. Only outside there are 2 tables and only one is for non-staff. It does not feel much as a hostel in terms of vibes. The only problem is the random of people you get in your room. We had a very annoying guy and we slept terrible because of it. Even though the staff person was really kind and asked to us about what happened and demonstrated her support.

Exceptional location, 5 minutes by foot from the main square. Personnel is nice, you can ask for a towel, and they can store your bag in a room before and after you check in. Everything is cleaned once per day (toilets) so very comfortable, the water is hot, the showers and toilets are common on every floor. It looks modern and well lit. The rooms are quite big (took the 4 bed room), with a good amount of electric plugs, a big locker that can fit all your stuff. There is a small kitchen and in the basement there is a lot of couches chairs, tv, some activities to do, really nice place to chill. Very highly recommended if you just want a place to sleep and explore around. If you have a car, there is a big parking which can be a huge plus.

There is a language school on the first floor so it seems like there are some students that were in the common room and were occupying the place, and there was some drilling at around 9 am, just minor disturbances.
