The hotel was great, it was in a quiet area, we had a clean room, comfortable bed, a good-sized bathroom with a powerful shower, and the bus station is around a 10-15 minute walk, where you can get a bus to many destinations, including Plitvice Lakes (2 hrs 30 bus journey). A short tram ride, or around a 25 minute walk will get you to many cafes, restaurants and shops. Staff at reception were helpful and friendly.

There are no tea or coffee making facilities in the room, however, there is a small petrol station just outside the hotel that had a tea/coffee machine for a takeaway hot drink, and also had a good selection of cold drinks and snacks too.

Room size was great, wifi good, location behind train station was great, pleasant 25 minute walk to lower town along the boulevards, soft pillows, hotel staff was supper, pleasant out door sitting area, beer/wine/soft drinks avail at front desk.

Breakfast could have been better. Eggs tasty but cold both days, no yogurt second day. Plenty of coffee, cheese, meats, pastries, cereal.

The hotel is located close to the bus and train stations - it's convenient for people who travel by that kinds transport. Nice staff, especially receptionist Darko. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, no problems with the bathroom. It was also nice to see welcoming TV screen with your name. Wi-fi speed was ok - 13,5 Mb/s of download, 8,64 Mb/s of upload. Most probably, I will stay there again, when I go to Zagreb the next time.

As for me, there was nothing to complain about. I can't say anything about breakfasts because I was only one night and left before breakfast time, also I can't say anything about parking because I don't drive.

Excellent staff always willing to help, it’s appropriately 20min walk from main railway station however there is a short cut as soon as you exit the station cross the road onto the square turn right and there is a shopping mall down stair it not easy to see walk through the mall then get directions form google it will save you a long way for a short cut

Clean friendly hotel within walking distance of central station. I had a very short stay here, just an overnight stop on a train journey from Split to Vienna. The hotel was perfect for that purpose: conveniently located close to the train station, clean and comfortable. The neighbourhood was quiet and felt safe also in the early morning. Rooms were well-maintained and quiet, and staff were friendly.

The hotel is about 10-15 minutes' walk from the train station and city center, but there is not much in the immediate area in terms of restaurants etc so prepare for a bit of a walk for dinner etc.

Location was great. The hotel is located close to bus station, train station, and historical town center. All within walking distance. There was also round the clock reception. Option to buy snacks and drinks at front desk.

Could be a little more noise-proof. It's an older building so some of the floors creaked a little. Breakfast could have offered more variety. Especially the coffer was not great, which was odd in a coffer-mad city.

The hotel staff was super friendly, gave us good recommendations for dinner and directions, the hotel was nice and clean, the room was spacious - we had three beds in two adjoint rooms wiht one bathroom, very quiet rooms, and we had good breakfast.

The location was a bit further from the center and rquired passing an through a not so pleasant and not well lighted area to reach the city centre; The beds were good but quite narrow.

Excellent and very attentative staff, especially Darko. They are the soul of the hotel! Breakfast better than expected not sure if it is worth the extra 10 euros per day. Reception sells beer and refreshments, very convenient.

Partially renovated hotel 15 min walk from the city centre but also at least 10 min walk from the Central bus station so if you want to be near the bus station there are more convenient options nearby. Cleaning suboptimal. Area dark at night. No fridge in the room.

Location of hotel 10 minutes walk from bus station ,room cleaniness ,small and interesting bathroom.Staff at the reception very friendly ,especially young Lady that she was working there at 03:30 when.i was leaving.Didnt had a chance to take your breakfast this time ,but gor sute i will be back soon😊.Happy New Year to whole your team.
