This place was conveniently available when I got unexpectedly stuck in Paphos for a few days. The room was decent, clean and spacious. The woman at the front desk was very kind and helpful with anything I needed. Walking distance to the supermarket and the beach, and close to the area I needed to be in. Helpful to have mini-fridge and ability to cook.

As people mentioned, it is on top of a bar and there is singing late at night so I slept with earplugs. Aside for towels and some kitchen utensils, you need to bring everything else - hand soap, dish soap, sponge, toiletries. The AC costs extra, cash only, - it's written in the listing but some people miss it so they remind you when you book.

The Staff is fantastic, specially Anna, the reception russian lady. She is professional, efficient, helpful, polite and very friendly. A pleasure to arrived in a property were , at reception, you are welcome with respect and a friendly smile. Thank you very much. The restaurant get busy in the evening. The food and service very good and most important the kitchen is very clean. The pool is medium side, it's service every morning. My apartment was an excellent size. Many windows.

The only thing that I found a bit dirty, was the oven tray. Apart from that. Be careful when you book, this property. In the small writing; they mentioned, that you have to pay six euros per day, to use the air condition. No towels provide for the pool and no tea towels, provided.

The Alecos is in a Central location ideally located for restaurant bars and the harbour easy parking if you hire a car. The staff are all wonderful nothing a problem to them, Anna is a great manger very helpful and gets thing done, George who runs Friend bar is excellent, attentive and extremely helpfull, whatever time of day or night you land you will alway get a great welcome. Being near the bars and centrally located you can get a bit of noise late at night but I never found this an issue.

I think the hotel wound benifit by having a washing machine and dryer for the guest use. Some other do have them we know where they are and nip and use them but some in the hotel would be useful.

Nice room, comfortable bad, great location.

In the kichen they have the old type of faucet where you have to turn on hot and cold water seperatly by turning nobs around, so when you're washing the dishes you just keep it on since it takes too much effort to turn it on and off. If they would change the faucet to a normal one they would quickly get the invested money back with saved water bill. Also it takes quite a while for warm water to start flowing. Also the signs on the faucet were revered, blue was for hot water. In the bathroom there wasn't any extra drain on the floor and when you took the shower some water goes past the curtains and it just stays on the floor.⁷

I had a fantastic stay! The hotel is perfectly located in the heart of Kato Paphos, making it incredibly easy to access everything—restaurants, the beach, the harbour, and historical sites—all within walking distance. It was exactly what I needed: comfortable, clean, and very budget-friendly. For the price, it definitely exceeded my expectations. Great value for money. I would happily stay here again!

Nice sized, spacious room, extra amenities including toaster, kettle and convention oven as well as a sink and a fridge/freezer. Bathroom was good including good shower pressure. Nice little balcony with a small clothes airer. Aircon worked a treat! Nice little pub downstairs too showing sport!

Pillows were a bit stiff, as was the bed but, honestly, it was fine!

I’m very happy with my stay! The location is excellent—right in the center of Kato Paphos, so getting around was super easy. Everything I needed was just a short walk away. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and most importantly, within my budget. For what I paid, it was great value for money. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for convenience and affordability.

My boyfriend and I had a wonderful four-day holiday at one of these stunning apartments. The cozy ambiance made it feel like a home away from home. The AC (an additional cost to be paid separately) kept us fresh and comfortable during our stay. The staff was incredibly friendly and always available, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness. They even called a taxi for us when we needed one urgently. The location was perfect, allowing us to spend the day sunbathing and return to a peaceful retreat. We highly recommend this hotel apartment for a truly unforgettable experience!

Nothing, I’d mention just that the WiFi was slow at times, which was a little frustrating, but manageable, and the cleaning service that caught me off guard on the first day 😆

Great value for money, great location. Jenni on reception was lovely and very helpful from booking to checking in and out. Lovely clean tidy room. Car park was a little small but we did have a large vehicle. Bar and entertain was very good. The towels need upgrading in the rooms, they looked a bit worn and some of the bathroom fittings need tightening/adjusting but other than that a really great place to stay. Lovely hot shower, comfortable beds and pool area clean and tidy.

Perfect location, very close to all places we wanted to visit. Staff was amazing, very polite and helpful, especially Anna was lovely. We had some issues with a hot water and she managed to sort out everything promptly. Bar/restaurant downstairs offers amazing entertainment. Overall it was good value for money.
