Hotel was good value for money, very clean, helpful and polite staff, good location and facilities. Food was lovely and fair priced. Room service available. Free parking and WiFi all good.

The indoor heated pool was the main reason I picked this hotel as we travelled off season. The indoor pool does not open till 10 am, after breakfast finishes and shuts early too. 5pm I was very disappointed with this as I like to swim every day, but, either early (before breakfast) or in the evening, after days activities. Also was quite cold. Such a shame as a lovely looking pool but not open or kept warm enough to properly enjoy. This is the only thing that would prevent me from booking this hotel again.

The room was very nice and sunny, with a big good bed, two comfortable armchairs and a kettle with tea and coffee. The view was fantastic even from the bed. We were on the 5th floor but the hotel is big so other rooms had different views. In January, the room and the whole hotel were pleasantly warm. We liked the food very much, especially the desserts like the choco mousse, tiramisu and similar creamy delights. The garden is not big but much better than in the other hotels around. The breakfast restaurant is on the lower ground floor, at sea level and has an outdoor area in the garden by the pool. There is free gym and two saunas. There is a shop with drinks, snacks and similar basic items like in most minimarkets around and the prices are not higher. We bought our water there and some souvenirs.

I expected from a spa hotel to have at least a warm indoor pool, but it was just a little less cold than the tap water. And the area around the pool was cooler than the rest of the hotel. Next to the gym, there is a small "wet area" where they have an old plastic jacuzzi, a steam sauna and kind of finish sauna. Useful but not very pleasant to use. They put a lot of tables in the restaurant for dinner, with very little space between them. Not a big problem as the guests are allowed to choose where to sit, just a recommendation for the staff.

Location was great, breakfast and dinner were great. Big comfortable rooms.

The electric sockets were British type and EU plugs do not fit in. When I asked if they have any adapter, the answer was to buy from the gift shop. As a 4 star hotel in EU, with90% guests from EU, I would expect that dual sockets be used or at the least have adapters free of charge.

Clean, breakfast was very good, the staff was helpful with a smile, the hotel location perfect.

Check out is at 12:00 am but the hotel policy is to cancel your room card key at 11:00 am so you cannot get in your room after 11:00 am, without informing you, which I think is wrong

After reading some of the reviews we were a bit afraid, but we had a great stay with our 3 kids. We stayed for a week and booked the all-inclusive deal. The deal includes 3 meals and free drinks, snacks and basic popsicles near the pool area, drinks in the bar, and some drinks in the room's refrigerator. The meals were fantastic. Breakfast is the same every day but offers enough variety to explore. Lunch and dinner change from day to day. The dinner is served in 3 different locations during the week - every day another is working. All of them had great food. We ate so many desserts that we all gained some weight... The kids' pool is great for toddlers, and the main pool is good for adults. Once a day there is a unique activity - like yoga or archery. We liked these classes very much. The jacuzzi and sauna area is small but sufficient. The rooms were very nice. We had interconnecting rooms on the second floor. The rooms were cleaned daily. The towels were changed daily and everything was very clean and well-maintained. The hotel's staff is very friendly - through the booking online, the staff on the hotel, and in the various restaurants of the hotel.

For older kids - 7 through 11, the main pool is too deep (1.4 meters throughout the pool). The sea is less attractive since there are a lot of rocks and weeds that make entering the sea a bit problematic. However - we traveled along the shores and didn't find any other nice beach, so you can't blame the hotel for that. The kid's club is small and doesn't offer much. We didn't have an ocean view so there was some noise from the road. When the balcony doors are closed it's less loud.

Our flight could not land at Larnaca due to thunderstorms with lightening so was diverted to Paphos. We looked for a hotel local to Paphos Airport as we did not wish to travel back to Larnaca by coach/taxi as we would have been arriving around midnight. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived at how welcoming and inviting the hotel was. The front of desk team were extremely helpful and we were quickly able to access our room. Breakfast on the following morning was good and again the reception desk helped us with our journey back to Larnaca which we decided to do by bus ! The hotel was decked out for Christmas and looked amazing !

Everything was good - we were very happy with our overnight stay.

Really calm here, spatious pool, delicious food, very friendly staff and bartenders, there were a lot of sunbeds near the pool, so there was no trouble finding one when needed. Hotel is near the sea coast, the coast itself is a bit rocky, but water shoes are not necessary there. Very big and well-equiped gym for those interested in it. Outdoor pool works 8am-7pm

There wasn’t any animators or water activities during the day. It was only one water fitness activity at 11am. So for those looking for calmness - it’s amazing, but for those who like water activities with animators, maybe it’s not the best choice.

Staff was really very friendly. Breakfast was good - a lot to choose from. Room was big and clean. Pool was very nice. Loved the area around the pool and sunbeds.

Pillows were too flat for my liking.

We had a nice view from our room. The pool temperature was fine. And the room was, in general, clean and quiet.

We didn't like the breakfast .With a lot of options, but were no fresh fruits , and most of the pastry was frozen and unbacked . In the morning, it was very unpleasant to go for breakfast, because most of the people were pushing us away to grab their food faster - even do was enough for everyone - so we decided to take breakfast somewhere else for the rest of our stay. We chose their pool bar for one evening - they were pretty unorganized, so I had to serve myself and my husband. Their behavior was also not the nicest Honestly, next time we choose another hotel.

the crew doing is best and more than that to give the most effective service. you can see cleaning everywhere and all day. the dining room has plenty options for kids during breakfast. reception team are willing to help and assist for every issue. bus station is 100m away from the entrance and the waterpark is 5 min driving. the NEKTAR bar is very nice for drinking and football watching. for casino lovers, you can find the CYPRUS CASINO just 200m away

water pressure in shower is low. land view rooms are noisy so i had to use ear plug during night. people with wet swimming suite crossing the dining room to the pool which can make you slip on wet floor
