Great place to go with the kids nice clean and tidy, hotel staff all really nice, polite and accommodating, food is really good for an all-inclusive hotel. So many different activities for the kids to do they have a mini arcade and cinema with a film showing at least three times a day, kids club is amazing when you wanna have a break from the kids it’s on twice a day and the kids can go to both sessions, the only downside was the AC wasn’t that great and the family rooms do not come with a balcony which is a little bit annoying but we made do as we had three rooms and one of the rooms did have a balcony (double room). Good value for money close to Coral Bay, Paphos Harbour and airport, would recommend when getting taxis to Google local taxi service rather than using the hotels taxi service as it is a lot more expensive. Big thanks to Thekla was always so lovely and helpful. Gave us a 10 out of 10 service highly recommend this hotel for family holidays.

We had a wonderful time last month as a family at this all-inclusive hotel, and there were so many things we loved about it: - Checking in was quick and easy. - Our room had plenty of space for our family of four. - The hotel's swimming pools, especially the ones for kids, were a hit with our children. - The all-inclusive package made dining a breeze. The food and drink options by the pool were great, and the breakfast, lunch, and dinner were good with something for everyone. In addition, the hotel has several restaurants, some of which were included in the all-inclusive package. - The hotel had entertainment options like cinema, activity room for kids, and another one for teenagers. - The sea view and sunsets from the pool and restaurant were great. - The staff were incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with a smile. Overall, we had a fantastic time and would definitely recommend this all-inclusive place to friends. It's a great spot for families looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable getaway.

While we had a wonderful family stay, there were a few downsides to consider: - The room lacked proper soundproofing, leading to some minor noise disturbances. - The video games and kids' activity room could use a refresh, as they felt a bit outdated. - It's worth noting that the hotel's location requires a taxi or car for city visits. Despite these minor inconveniences, our overall experience was positive, and we enjoyed our stay.

It's a very family-friendly hotel: our 2,5 year old loved the splash area (especially the crocodile), the playground, the kid's club and the arcade. The food buffet had a good variety and house keeping made a different towel animal every day which we were always looking forward. The hotel is big enough to have lots of activities on offer but not too big to have to walk too far everywhere. Us adults really liked the slides in the water park and the cocktails overlooking gorgeous sunsets on the terrace.

In terms of sustainability it would be nice to replace the single use plastic cups used in the pool area with sturdier multiple use cups. While we were there, there were no fruit or vegetable on offer at the snack bars - I assume during the high season this may be different as they were listed on the menu.

This is out 3rd time staying in Laura beach and by now we feel like this is our home away from home . The stuff here are just unbelievable amazing ! So friendly and kind . They always do everything they can to make everyone happy . I would like to take a moment and say big thank you to Elena , they say that when the head is working great the rest of the body will function amazing . Elena is being an unbelievable example for her stuff . The most down to earth manger we ever met. All the stuff that works in the desk desk are just great ! Also big thank you to Szidonia from guest relations office - she will be there for you from the moment you walk through the door until the very end day with a big smile on her face and extra information to make sure your trip is absolutely amazing . Cleaning crew - oh ! I don’t know how I’m going back home to make my bed myself after AI and her wonderful team made sure our room is clean and ready for us every single morning . Big shut out to the lovely Kavita who is with us every day for the second time in a row- we love you !!!! Last but not least- The new Family lounge! Omg ! The best thing you can give your family , especially if the hotel is busy . Worth every penny!!!!! A beautiful, big space that looks like a circus with everything you need open between 7am-8pm daily . Games , art activities, sweet , great buffet and just lovely place ! Thank you Katerina for always welcoming us with so much love and making our vacation extra special. Sad to leave today but definitely going to come back !

An excellent hotel with high-level services. Everything clean, staff constantly cleaning up after guests, very clean pools. The food was very tasty and the desserts really amazing. The hotel does not have a nice beach nearby, there is a cliff into the sea, a short walk takes you to Sandy beach, where there are huge waves. But it's not a problem, you can take the bus a few stops to Coral Bay beach, it's really amazing and suitable for children. Buses run directly in front of the hotel every 10 minutes in both directions. If I wanted to sum it up, it is one of the best hotels we have visited in terms of service.

Pool service should ensure that small children have a diaper in the pool. Due to the "accident" of one child, the pool is then closed to everyone. It is a MUST everywhere, a common thing when you go to the pool with a child.

Dear Hotel! We spent fantastic days here, we can give an excellent rating for the hotel. 10 points for cleanliness, the cleaning staff does their job to the fullest. Special thanks to the Hungarian lady at the reception, Orsi, who gave us detailed directions for our trip. In the restaurant, the older lady kept talking to us, asking if everything was okay. A big hug to her! The restaurant's offer is unparalleled, the work of the people working around the pools is commendable. Everyone is nice, they do a high quality job. It was nice to be here, we will definitely come back and recommend it to others.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel, and it’s an ideal choice for families. The waterpark was a highlight—exactly what the kids were looking forward to, and it didn’t disappoint. One of the biggest surprises was the buffet: breakfast, lunch, and dinner all offered a wide variety of options, and the quality exceeded our expectations. Despite the hotel being nearly full during our stay, the staff handled everything efficiently and professionally. The service was smooth, and we never felt like things were overcrowded or chaotic. The evening shows were also enjoyable and added a nice touch to the overall experience. A special thanks goes to the cleaning ladies, Elli and Christina, for their kindness and attention to detail. Overall, a fantastic stay—we would definitely return!

If I had to mention one minor drawback, it would be that our room didn’t have blackout curtains, which might be an issue for light-sensitive sleepers.

This is our second time coming to Laura beach for our holiday and let me tell you - we are already planing our next vacation. This is the perfect place for family with little ones - so much to do , awesome food options and super friendly crew . I want to take a min and acknowledge the unbelievable Elena who is a manger in the hotel . We are traveling the world with our girls and we never met someone more professional and kind like her. She won’t let you start (or end ) your vacation with nothing less than perfect stay . She is something else and the hotel is very lucky to have someone like her as the front face of the facility. We are so grateful for her help and the extra love we felt from her on our trip .

The staff was very efficient, kind and helpful Food was fresh served every day. They even make a good ice coffee with soya milk. The Lebanonis restaurant was very good but there were not enough choices for vegetarian. The kebab was amazing. Drinks, food, sun and good vibes the whole day. The room with the sea view with the upgrade. It made the stay more relax. Love the sunsets from every spot. We enjoy it a lot. We came with two teenagers who loved the splash water park . We were upgraded to a room with a sea view but our room was close to the lobby so we heard little kids cry all day. Those of us who are vegetarian will love to have more options. But besides that everything was very good and above our expectations

The room allocation and check-in process took no more than 10 minutes. The staff was very professional and attentive to every detail. I must highlight the professionalism and integrity of the team. (I lost my wallet and received a phone call from reception informing me that an employee had found it in the dining room, and everything was returned in full.) When we arrived (September 15), the hotel was quite full. Most of the guests were from the UK, and there were also plenty of Israelis. :) The dining rooms were clean, and there was always something to eat. Of course, bacon for breakfast is common here, but we and the kids had plenty of choices, and there wasn't a moment when we felt hungry. The water park was excellent, and the kids were really excited. Even children up to 110 cm in height were allowed on the medium-sized slides (up to 120 cm). The upper level of the slides was closed, with the operators claiming they didn’t have approval to open it due to strong winds. That seemed like nonsense because, apart from one evening when the wind was genuinely strong, the weather was perfect. The housekeeping staff worked wonderfully, cleaning the rooms daily and being extremely kind. The entertainment team was present, but we didn’t find them particularly exciting. The tours and attractions offered by the hotel were excellent. We were recommended a jeep and boat tour, which turned out to be a full-day experience.

I recommend that on your first day of arrival, you reserve a spot at one of the restaurants the hotel offers; otherwise, there's a high chance they will be fully booked. Two of the slide facilities were not operational. According to the hotel management, this was due to the wind and the hotel's proximity to the sea.
