A new and excellent hotel, a staff with a pleasant and helpful attitude, tastefully decorated and equipped rooms, a good breakfast, the hotel also has 3 more restaurants for dinners, Italian, Japanese and Middle Eastern. The hotel's spa is luxurious and equipped with an indoor pool, a large jacuzzi, a wet and dry sauna and treatment rooms. I ordered a massage and received excellent treatment from the professional Mrs. Nana. The hotel is inside a new and wide resort, there are several rest points, a well-kept beach. Simply a hotel among the leaders in Cyprus, I have stayed in several luxury hotels in Cyprus and it is the best, I will return to it in the future

Not much activities to do The hotel could use more green spaces Room cleaning done in the afternoon not very convenient especially if you have kids wanting to take a nap- we had to wake our daughter up for them to clean the room because we were told their shift was ending and they couldn’t come back Also when cleaning the room they do not replace the used mugs and plates and water bottles.. they just take the used ones and you’ll have to call and ask for replacements ( we had to call 3 times to get a bottle of water)

Overall my stay was wonderful and staff very caring and professional. There was one thing I believe can be improved, I asked for a yoga mat in my room and my request was declined 😄 I suggested deposit my ID or card but still no, I believe it’s a very simple request to do and it’s not worth a client’s disappointment, just a yoga mat.

Overall an impressive resort where luxury and pleasure paired perfectly and create a hidden gem in Paphos! A great variety of quality products, tasty food, spectacular pools, a paradise for Kids with a pleasant staff at the Seal Kids Club, special thanks to Evgenia and Maria! Very friendly staff, willing to help all the ttime and offer you the absolute relaxation! Room amenities a great variety of everything you can request for. Rooms in general are very comfortable, luxurious with breathtaking sea view throughout the day. Everything for everyone and especially the kids amenities...what a nice touch! Even kids bathrobes..luxury in every step. Everything was perfect and the staff is so friendly above and beyond from the chambermaid to the pool boys, restaurant, kids club, reception, bar everywhere with a smile! We would like to thank you for this short but extraordinary getaway and for sure we will return soon! Easily i can say is a destination to explore and create memories for a lifetime! - Comfortable beds - Attention to detail - Very friendly staff - Perfect selection of amenities - Tasty food - Huge variety for Breakfast where can satisfy every palette.

Everything was perfect

Very beautiful, concise and stylish design using available modern technologies (no more need to insert a card for lighting - sensors do it). Stunning pool and luxurious spa areas with the best options available today! Delicious breakfasts (the cook with a charming smile prepares delicious dishes and decorates them with flowers). Avocados grow in their garden! wonderful walks along the sea and a variety of restaurants. Service is impeccable! staff is intelligent and truly caring.

Wonderful location , exceptional breakfast, great decor and spa.

On booking.com before booking the hotel is not mentioned about spa policies , kids are not allowed even in swimming , only during family time 10-12 am. Which is a big shaker especially when spa was almost empty. It is not about a policy but about informing your customers before they make an informed decision to book a hotel. I was told policies were listed but they were not . In fact even at check in we were not informed . So a big disappointment there for my kid. Our room this time had a bit of a stale smell . Last year we had a wonderful room.

The Breakfast was excellent. Also we loved both the Japanese & Italian Restaurants. We loved having access to the Tennis & Padel courts - this was important for us!

Regarding the Christmas Eve Special Dinner - 1st we felt both confined & cut off from other guests in that small room. Many of the large tables were empty - no atmosphere. A set start time wud b better. The Show Shud have started after the meal! Re the Food - we expected a smaller selection of more sophisticated food i.e. Menu with 2/3 Starters & 2/3 Main Courses. Waiter service wud have been much better.

Stunning brand new resort, with a fabulous Olympic size pool (but quiet) and a lovely beach. The hotel regularly organizes dinners with starred chefs - we happened to be there on the right date - highly recommended. Large rooms, well appointed, decorated in a pleasant warm minimalist decor.

The menus in the (otherwise quite beautiful) Mediterranean restaurant are relatively uninspiring - I didn't "taste" Cyprus at all. The breakfast terrace is paved and surrounded by stone walls and architectural elements: it gets very hot and very noisy very fast and I felt weirdly boxed in. The place is so very new, don't go (yet) if you like a little patina, or if you are looking for a hotel right on the beach - the place is huge.

Wonderful room with amazing views and good beds. Couldn't be more clean (the room and the resort in general). Service at pool exceptional, as soon as we arrived beds were prepared with towels etc. there's a call button for drinks, always served quickly and drinks great. All staff friendly around hotel and pool. Breakfast really amazing, self service but the best selection I've seen, always something different to try. Great service from Dimitris at breakfast. Also Jacqueline in guest services was very friendly and helpful too us, thank you!!

Beach service wasn't up to standard. Some of the staff were rude and lots of guests carrying their own towels and sorting themselves out. Slow drinks service at beach. We enjoyed the beach restaurant and food was good, but could and should be exceptional for the money being charged. Understaffed Patisserie, the guy working there was great but he couldn't deliver the service he wanted to because the hotel need to put more staff in. Finally, hotel need to improve communications and signage in various places to guests have all the info they need about everything in the hotel.
