The staff (Petra) was very friendly and fun to be around. She also offered her personal help if we needed it. The room very spacious and air-conditioned. The windows had cover from the outside which also served as protection against mosquitoes if you had lights on.

We’re just on our way from Krkonoše where we stayed in multiple **** hotels and while we understand that it’s completely different area, we naturally make the comparison with Koruna and in our opinion - Koruna offers much less value for the same price. We paid more or less the same than Pytloun Harrachov but we didn’t get wellness included. Breakfast was of a smaller section, which we also understand since the hotel is quite small, but we disliked that the cake “Bábovka” wasn’t home made, was purchased from the store.

The team here is genuinely friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived until the moment I checked out, I felt like a valued guest. I was at the hotel because of a wedding at Karlova Koruna Castle. The location of the hotel is completely optimal in relation to the castle. I cannot judge possible trips. Breakfast as expected. Large, clean rooms, modern equipment, everything functional. The staff is very helpful, smiling, sympathetic. Parking at the hotel.

There was really nothing to complain about during our stay.

Loved the bathtub in our room. The whole property looked great and new, and the cellar where we had breakfast was stunning. The beds were fantastic to sleep in.

The curtains in the room was strange - they were see through and if you put on the lights in the room, people outside could see everything you were doing in the room. Also - it only had 1 pillow per person, - would have loved a few more !

I had the room with the bathtub, really relaxing after a day of hard work spacy room clean room and helpfull staff i needed to checkout a bit later and that was possible without any hassles some restaurants nearby, not a lot but good ones

Everything was very clean and modern. We had a room with view on the park and it was very quiet. We also had a very nice bathtub in the room. We were able to charge our electric car right in the hotel.

There are no real curtains which keep the light out in summer time when the sun gets up at 5 am.

It was hot in the room and when you open the window for ventilation, there is a lot of noise from the street. Breakfast is in the lobby and there is no room for several people.

We felt very welcome at Hotel Koruna. The wonderful lady at the reception even went the extra mile to buy gluten-free bread specially for us. The room was also well-equipped with everything we needed.

Great hotel. I've stayed here several times and it is always great. Fantastic staff, always willing to assist you, irradiating sympathy. The best. Highly recommended.
