This is a nice hotel located near the lake. We liked the location, the hotel decoration and the spa facilities which are directly in the hotel. In fact, we decided for this hotel because of the spa, as the weather was wet and cold, so it's good to spend an afternoon in a sauna or whirlpool.

As we already read in other reviews, there were not all the spa facilities operating. For some reason (maybe economic), only one sauna was operating. At the beginning, there was almost no people in the spa, so it was ok. Later, many arrived and there was a queue. So, I understand the economic reasons if there are just a few guests, but not when the hotel is sold out. We also read that some people found the pool water too cold. It seems to be cold if you go only to the pool. In a combination after sauna, it was exactly the right temperature to cool down. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay,but found the hotel a little bit too expensive for the room size and the facilities offered.

Amazing STAFF and LOCATION. Really nice family atmosphere in an absolutely gorgeous, worried free nature ambiance. The selected menu is really delicious, and the spa is plentiful if you plan according to the selected hours. Fantastic stay, and we highly recommend it. THANK YOU.

Stairs when u carry the bags could be something to note for some travelers. The automatic light switch in the bathroom could be annoying. The towel warmer should have more noticeable functioning as you can't tell if it works; never turn in on our room

We are returning customers. It was our 14th or15 th stay in this hotel. And we are sure, we will be back here in a short period of time. Perfect hotel, kitchen, spa and a wonderful staff. Everything was just perfect, even the weather:) We recommend this place for relaxing stays whenever.

Everything worked just perfect, as always in this hotel. This is a perfect płace for the rest from everyday life and battery charge for the next months:) Very good restaurant with plenty of bottles of a very good wine, nice and silent surrounding and a perfect spa area. We didn’t need anything more.

Only one thing could be better - we would appreciate, if the pool could be open earlier from the morning and later in the evening, and saunas longer than only two hours in the afternoon. But everything else was really great, we will come again :-)

The hotel had a lovely spa complex, with a salt-water pool, saunas, a jacuzzi, and footbaths--all were included in our room rate. It fills a niche between the very expensive spa hotels and rental cabins in the area, and there is a friendly family approach to management. It's about a three-minute walk from the shores of the lake. We were very happy with the breakfast, and we'd stay there again.

We were happy to have a small talk with the owner, pan Tomáš Čermák. Our weekend in hotel Berg was fantastic.
