I recently spent an unforgettable five days, from February 3rd to February 8th, 2024, at the Ski & Spa Hotel Bellevue in Harrachov, and it was nothing short of incredible. Nestled directly on the ski slope, the hotel offers unbeatable ski-in, ski-out convenience, making my skiing experience seamless and delightful. From the moment I arrived, I was taken aback by the level of hospitality and professionalism exhibited by every member of the staff. The hotel management, the kitchen crew, housekeeping, and every single employee went above and beyond to make my stay feel like a home away from home. Elizabeth, the front desk manager, stood out with her helpfulness, ensuring that every aspect of my stay was perfect. The dining experience was particularly remarkable, thanks to Michael and Josef, who looked after us during breakfast and dinner with exceptional care and attentiveness. Their service greatly enhanced our meals, making each dining experience enjoyable. The culinary delights, prepared by kitchen staff Tonda and Nikola, were absolutely delicious. I made it a point to try everything on the menu, and each dish was a culinary masterpiece that added to the overall excellence of my stay. The ambiance of the hotel is one of warmth and genuine care. It’s evident that the staff doesn’t just perform their duties out of obligation; they truly care about the guests' experience. The housekeeping, maintenance, and all other staff members were incredibly friendly and visibly passionate about their work. Their happiness and willingness to assist at any time added a special touch to my stay, making it evident that they aim to leave a lasting impression on their guests, not because they are instructed to, but from the heart. The hotel’s unique charm, coupled with its strategic location on the ski slope, its remarkable staff, and the exquisite culinary offerings, made my stay an experience I will cherish forever.

Located just next to the ski slope and ski flying hill, you can even see the slope while sitting in the sauna and the hill while eating breakfast (delicious, by the way). The interior is very pretty. And the people working there were all so kind and helpful!

In the winter it might be hard for some people to climb the ski slope to get to the hotel.

The breakfast selection was excellent and with changing options. The staff was super friendly and very nice. The Massage lady was beaming me into paradies Everything clean.

The selection for vegetarians were at the dinner selection very few and the menu did not change. Too less lying possibilities in the Wellness area.

The staff helped me clear up and issue with a repair shop and offered help beyond the time of our stay so I can get my car back safely. Service here is great beyond comprehension!

The sauna wasn’t really private because it had see-through glass and our room was on ground level, so every now and then there were people directly in front of our window. Especially during the night this destroyed the feeling of privacy.

Location - amazing! Massages of Hanka - amazing! Your go to place if you need a break and time off. Simply perfect for relaxation and rest! Thank you so much Ski &Spa Bellevue team! Would love to come back in winter!

Beautiful stylish place with modern, nicely equiped and super clean rooms. Also a fantastic wellness area with a panoramic sauna.

Adding to the already existing comments - the parking is a little less than optimal, basically leaving the car on the landing area of the ski jumping hill.

Amazing food, Comfortable bed, everything was really clean and the staff is just wonderful. Everyone was so nice and we truly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel, friendly staff and beutiful location. The room was very good, everyone had a normal bed (4). It is small and cost and breakfast was great too. We were in summertime, I hope to come back again.

Airco would be nice. The standard rooms are rather small and on second floor with stairs only. I would recommend to take a larger room with balcony.
