Owner was very friendly and spoke English fluently. Online check-in was straight forward and once we arrived at the hotel around 23:30 we could easily get inside without staff. It took us about two minutes to enter our room. Breakfast was quite good, especially since it was free. Parking was easy and many spots where available, we used the EV charging there and it worked perfectly! Overall a nice stay.

Room could have been a bit bigger and more modern. Other than that, we had no issues.

The quality of the breakfast was very good, and there was always something to choose from. We also really liked the area. The garden is beautiful and quiet. There's a grocery store nearby in case we need anything.

Unfortunately, the minibar in our room didn’t work properly, but it wasn’t a big issue.

The mattress was excellent, and the bed was very comfortable! The hotel offers great value for the price.

One minor downside was that the self-check-in system wasn't working for card activation, so we had to call support at midnight. However, it's worth mentioning that the support team answered immediately and remotely helped us activate the cards.

Great hotel with amazing, friendly and helpful staff. Fast and easy communication on whatsapp with the manager. Self check in easy and convienient. Free parking on the spot. Rooms are clean and comfy with great jacuzzi bathtub for two people. Breakfast was one of the best. Whatever you like, you will find innthe buffet :) We will surely come back. Highly recommended! The Pytloun Design Self Check-in Hotel is a delightful place. We liked the "small inn feel", easy access and automated system. The breakfast was exceptional! It was so much bigger and fresher than we expected! Being an unmanned location we expected a very rudimentary continual breakfast, maybe a couple of pieces of fruit and some croissants. Instead we were surprised that the breakfast was started and they had an enormous array of items including hot eggs, sausage, and vegetables; oatmeal and a dozen choices for toppings; assorted breads and toppings; juices and a hot drink dispenser. My wife gave it a two thumbs up rating and a "I would definitely stay there again" vote.

The self check-in (even online in advance) required a 2€ fee but the system only accepts European cards, not USA bank cards. So we experienced a delay in getting in. But, thankfully, I dialed the office number and they took care of it quickly. Also, we could not get the radiator heater in our sleeping room to work but the blankets were very warm. That may have just unfamiliarity on my part since we don't have radiators like them where I live. The one in the bathroom worked fine and the room was not too cold in the morning despite the sub-zero temperature outside. All that too say those two things were minor compared to the overall very positive experience.

The breakfast was amazing.

The deposit of 80 EUR doesn't make sense in a hotel where the staff comes each morning. They can see immediately if you broke something. Another problem is that we stayed in the same week in two different Pytloun places and they made a deposit twice. So at one point 160EUR were reserved as a deposit. This is not a small amount and we kindly suggest to the hotel mangers to reconsider this policy

Adela and her team are great hosts. Every request especially when you travel with children have been taken care of. The rooms are clean and comfy. Breakfast was great and very tasty. Electric cars can be charged in the hotel parking lot free of charge. All in all a nice stay for business travellers and for pleasure as well :-) Keep it up !

This lovely cosy hotel is situated in a quiet residential street not far from the city centre. It has free parking on site, but we didn’t use it as there were plenty of spaces to park on the street right outside the hotel. The building looks small on the outside, but it has lots of rooms and the breakfast room. It was quite busy while we were there, but we couldn’t hear our neighbors, it was lovely and quiet day and night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating: everyone: the manager and the waitresses. The bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows to chose from, some of them were filled with the softest down, which I haven’t come across yet on my travels and I consider it as a luxury bedding! The bathroom was lovely and warm and had everything you need: soft white towels and toiletries, including skin lotion and the vanity set. The breakfast was superb: a wide selection: including freshly prepared omelette, sausages and steamed vegetables! I highly recommend this hotel for great value for money! When we come back to Liberec, we’ll stay here again for sure!

No staff during check-in while the self check-in system was not functioning properly. We had to call the manager to sort it out for us. More payments at the site. Not only the local tax, but also the deposit which we didn't know about. Also the local tax had to be paid in EUR, not in local currency, which introduced unnecessary expense for exchange rate in my bank.

The hotel was very nice, the room was clean and comfortable. I had minor issues while checking in, but it was solved very easily, which I appreciated. I especially loved the prosecco for breakfast, ideal opportunity for mimosas.

The walls are super thin so I heard everything from the room above me. Like every step and movement. So that was the biggest issue, luckily I had earplugs (maybe offering them would partially solve the problem?) Also the location is quite far away form the center.
