Location is great, very clean hotel, helpful staff.

Breakfast is very poor for hotel rating. Room is very warm, there is AC for summer months but heating seemed to be fully on in April, street noise means you can’t open the window at night and you are even provided with ear plugs with cosmetic items! The noise (mainly trams, cars and the odd drunk person) didn’t bother us as we are heavy sleepers but if this is an issue for you then you might be bothered. No keycard system so if you need separate access to your room then this is more difficult than hotels with keycards. The shower seemed erratic and suddenly became scalding hot at times.

Location ok - center. Staff very nice. Clean room, toiletries available.

We were around 1pm but unfortunately we had to wait for a room from 2pm although it didn't look like the hotel was overcrowded - this is a definite minus. It is a pity that there was no free water to welcome guests - this is a definite minus. While the cleanliness of the room is great, the breakfast definitely needs improvement. There is very little choice. It looks poor and the price is inadequate to the prices from Prague. The same amount per night but breakfast is unfortunately a big problem for this hotel. Definitely up for grabs. If I had known earlier, I would have bought a hotel without breakfast.

Hotel sits just around the corner from the main square (one of the two old town markets) and it's a perfect location. It's also very easy to get to by car. Parking is available, another convenient touch. Room was spacious, big enough, with mini bar, clean bathroom and comfy bed. And there was A/C, very appreciated with 33 degrees Celsius outside...

Annoying fan in the bathroom, also noises from the bath were heard from differerent rooms. And very minor thing - coffee machine for breakfast needs update, and fast.

This was my second stay in this hotel. It is very easy to get to on public transport by tram from the main station to the hotel...just 4 stops. It is a short walk to the main square of Olomouc from the hotel. The rooms were quite large and clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had rooms at the rear so there was very little noise. Breakfast was pretty standard but the hotel did have some hot options: scrambled eggs/bacon/sausages and toast.

The bains marie that should have kept certain breakfast items hot did not appear to be working, The hot breakfast items were not hot....a minor problem really.

Perfect location for city visit. Wonderful, welcoming staff. Fast and efficient service with a smile. Rooms big and very clean. Breakfast meeting all the tastes and preferences (including home made pancakes and sanwiches).

Noise at night from the street (the city is really vibrant and partying on saturday noght). But this may be of value added if you look for safe and local party experience.

The staff, Room and breakfast were lovely. The really good location made me rebook in this hotel. The staff is always very friendly and helps with whatever queries I have.

I didn't like that the room was very hot. In the winter is not unexpected as winters can get really cold. But it was preventing me to sleep. When I tried to open the window, there was the running engine of Taxi that was again preventing me to sleep. I'd still go back though. Its a nice hotel.

Very nice, clean and big room, on a great location in the old town, with a parking for guests and a good price. The reception works 24/7, the personnell is kind and speaks English. Good breakfast.

Maybe a bathroom could receive a renovation as it is a bit old, and double bed consists of the two single mattresses with a hole in between them, so it feels a bit like two separate single bed.

Felt like I was at home! The reception is open 24/7 which is fabulous! The hotel has buses, tram stops and car parking directly out in front. The town centre is two minutes walk away with the town hall, astronomical clock, famous fountains, statues and wonderful restaurants. Michael, Andrew, Eva, and Evana were all super helpful, from recommending restaurants, booking trains buses, to posting parcels! Thanks a million Hotel Trinity for the lovely room and outstanding service! 10/10.

The location is great, walking distance to the park and the location of the conference which we attended. The hotel is older but clean. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Parked our car at the hotel for 200 CZK/night or so, can't remember exactly. It was convenient.

Breakfast was disappointing, the staff was not experienced, and the choice was limited.

The hotel is practically located within the walls of old-city and they have their own parking so no issue when you arrive by car. The personnel are very friendly (they also encourage you to see local attractions - or which in our case - a concert that was happening on the market square). Breakfast which is served in the morning - fresh and good add value to the whole stay. Just in front of the hotel, across the street - Drapal (worth a try and a bit further Moritz - with local beer from their own microbrewery).
