I've always enjoyed this hotel, and they improve every time I'm there. The staff is super friendly and professional. They are fast, and provide a good knowledge of the area. All the public areas are clean and very nice looking. The rooms are extremely clean, a good size, and beautifully furnished for the most part. Bathrooms are extremely modern, clean and well equipped. Two restaurants are available, one in the hotel and one just behind (accessible from the hotel itself), have excellent food and are very friendly. Hours are great, allowing one to have both breakfast and a late evening dinner or snack. Beer is absolutely top notch. Location is fabulous. Right behind the center of town, and just a 5 minute walk to the main event area (summer theater). A bit far from the main train station, (central station is just a few minutes walk), but staff will arrange a taxi if requested. Price a little high, but you get a great value all in all for the region.

Two factors could be improved. First, the rooms have always been quite warm in my experience. Also, the windows are quite old fashioned. Besides air conditioning, what could easily improve the comfort are: a. window blocks to allow one to open the old fashioned windows and keep them safely open, without them closing on their own or fear of breakage. b. a quality fan in the room. Second, the food in the restaurant took a very long time to arrive, and then the order was wrong. The hotel really touts how high quality the restaurant is, (and the prices are indeed high for small portions). The food was good, (the beer excellent), but I expected faster service and my proper order to arrive. That should really be addressed quickly.

A nice place to stop for one night, close to highway. Building itself in a good condition although elevator the could be upgraded. The room was clean, beds comfy, the floor was quiet. All I needed to rest before the trip next day.

Fun fact: I asked for the room with a view on the parking. Got the room from the parking side.... on the last floor with a roof window. So couldn't see the parking and my car. Just me being lucky I guess. And again, please upgrade or change the elevator. It is not 1980s anymore.

Nice hotel in great location - just a step away from square, and a few minutes walk from the castle. Spacious, clean room. Comfortable parking. Breakfast of good choice. Very friendly staff at reception, as well as at the restaurant.

Although room was very spacious and with nice climate, it would require refurbishment. When we came for breakfast around 8.30 a lot of dishes were already gone and we had to wait quite a time for refill.

All is great. The room. The facilities. Fantastic staff. They reserved us a dinner though we arrived late. Exceptional restaurant and breakfast. Highly recommended hotel.

The only thing I dont like is a fee for dogs which is half the room price for 2 dogs. Most Italian hotels dont charge anything for dogs and I think this kind of policy would improve the hotel. All other things are excelent

The room size was very suitable as I was alone in a 3 person room. The breakfast was as expected, with the usual buffet selection. The staff was extremely nice, with excellent English. Free parking was available in front of the hotel. The location of the hotel is great, close to the highway and hiking destinations. I'll be back!

An open restaurant and bar on ground floor would have been nice in the evenings. But there was no problem with dinner, there is a wide range of restaurants and buffets within 200 meters in the old town.

I traveled for a business trip and found this truly amazing gem amongst czech hotels. This hotel is operated by young, passionate and open-minded people, who love what they do and has fantastic vibe. Staff is extremely friendly and above all expectations. Huge free private parking just in front of the hotel. Very nice breakfast with interesting design and plating. Fantastic restaurant Archa with modern cuisine and spectacular interior, where I could have my dinner and work. Of course, there are always some things that might be improved, however considering the good price, location in Hranice na Morave and the hotel being presented as a 3* hotel, it is 10/10 points. Will stay here again, once coming around. Thank you.

Location perfect, room size extremely much more bigger than expected (i have never had that large room before), breakfast was fine, free parking in front of the building, direct access to main square and Archa reastaurant.

Nothing to mention, unfortunately the local restaurant is closed Mondays, but Archa was still open as alternative solution.

Comfortable beds, clean facility, great location. Staff was friendly and caring. They called us in advance to offer reservation for dinner in a restaurant. Due to early departure we ask for earlier breakfast. Everything was prepared 40 minutes before the regular breakfast time and the breakfast was great. Thanks a lot.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very varied and fresh and well presented. Our room was clean with everything we needed. We have stayed here several times before and the hotel continues to improve.

We found the beds to be too hard.

Super friendly staff, clean rooms, and close proximity to the town center and one decent restaurant. Modern bathrooms were impeccably clean.

On a previous stay there was a full mini-bar with drinks, snacks, etc. But this time only water was provided - the fridge was completely empty as was the snack basket. Ouch. Since the restaurant located in the hotel doesn't function after breakfast, and the local restaurants all close their kitchens quite early (even on a weekend night!), it made for a very hungry night's stay upon my return from an event, which was very disappointing and unexpected. Come prepared.
