The receptionist was friendly. The room was spacious and clean.

The cost-cutting measures are very noticeable. The water in the shower doesn't flow with any pressure; it barely drips. In the morning during breakfast, the dishes are not replenished in time, and the selection is extremely limited. Moreover, everything is the cheapest and of low quality. The staff is busy with their own tasks and doesn't pay attention to how things are going. The same can be said about the restaurant in the evening: the prices are high, but the service is terrible; everyone is preoccupied with anything but their work. Although, the dishes are still tasty.

For this price, I think it would be hard to find something better in the Czech Republic. Very comfortable beds, spacious rooms, clean, right in the city center, but with a huge parking lot, great breakfast, modern stylish reception. I really liked it.

Late check-in after 22pm is a bit tricky. Reception is closed at night, so you need to make a call for the doors to be opened. When you know it, it's no longer scary to be left without a bed.. :D For the first few seconds I thought I was going to be left outside :D

Good value for the price. Quite convenient location while transferring via Czech Republic (e.g. from Poland to Italy). Perfect location if you want to see the town or eat out (multiple restaurants in the vicinity). Free parking in front of the hotel (no problem with parking a big minivan). They accept dogs (even 30kg). The breakfast was good (not very rich, but matching or even exceeding 3* rating of the hotel).

The decoration of the rooms and the rest rooms is really dated (80's - 90's), though I cannot say that the condition of the furniture is bad. Just the interior feels old and dark. I booked 2 rooms - economy (because they accept pets only in the economy units) and standard one (~30% more expensive). IMHO the standard one does not deserve paying such a premium price. Both were very comparable. There is no air conditioning in the rooms, we had to sleep with the windows fully open (to get the temperature to the acceptable level) and then the noise from the street was somewhat sometimes disturbing (cars passed rarely, but they were quite noisy).

We stayed here for one night and found it to be a great choice for travelers. The location is ideal for a stopover, with easy access and a peaceful setting. The price-to-quality ratio is excellent — everything was clean, quiet, and well-kept. While the rooms could use some updating, they are more than acceptable for the price. The parking area is spacious, we were welcomed with a drink, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay here again!

I was looking for a quiet place to work on my PhD and Hotel Centrum was the best choice: comfortable, clean, spatious room, excellent breakfast, very helpful staff. There was a very spatious working desk and coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The hotel is a few steps from the Main Square and the center of the beautiful and relaxed city. I really loved Hranice!

Absolutely nothing negative, really.

Hotel located in a small town. Free parking in front of the hotel to freely park a minivan free of charge. Girl at the registration desk was friendly and answered all our questions. Check-in was very quick and smooth. We also got a small welcome drink - beer, sparkling wine or tea/coffee. Rooms are big. Included towels, soap, mini fridge, blackout curtains. Beds are very comfortable. Free wi-fi. Breakfast was simple but good and tasty. We were in January therefore surrounding of the hotel was very calm and quite.

Hotel walls are thin. The radiator in the end room could not be turned warmer, so that room was colder than the others. The mini fridge is very loud when it is on.

Very nice and friendly staff, tasty breakfast, spacious room (with a bit oudated design but it didn't bother us) equipped with a small fridge, kettle, tea, coffee, water. Spacious and free hotel parking, possibility of late check - in. Pet - friendly hotel (with additional fee). I would definitely stay again in this hotel.

The only reason I give 9 instead of 10 is acoutics. We could hear the chat from the neighbouring room. Earplugs were provided but I am not used to sleep in them.

Great stuff, very welcoming and friendly. Real surprise with how welcoming and hospitable they are. Very nice and big rooms, huge TV (you won’t find such big flat, smart TVs in 5* hotels). Welcome drink, bottle of complimentary water in room - those little extra things really make difference! Really nice place… and we found this place because other “hotel” refused to check us in after 18:00… really happy to have stayed there 😍

Litterally nothing!

Hotel is in good location, not far away from highway and in city center. Free parking in front of hotel. Verry good breakfast 😌. Nice staff. Beer restaurant. Even welcome beer 🙏🏻 for free 😇. Very good value for the price.

Just few remark: the beds not very comfortabile and creaks when you turn around. Most probably quite old. Restaurant could work little bit longer… Room temperature could be little bit higher.

Hotel staff were great. Communication until arrival was excellent. They took care of restaurant reservation because we had late check in. Everything was very clean. We were traveling to Montenegro so it was one night stop. Room had toiletries, ear plugs, tea, coffee. Rooms were very spacious.

Rooms are more like at home instead of modern hotel. I think it depends what kind of room you will get. We had to rooms next to each other and they were different because of small details - one was wooden floor and another was with carpet and had nice sofa. And it feels different straight away. I prefer shower cabins instead of bath tubes so this was another thing. But as I said, it's jus minor things when you're staying for one night.
