I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and will probably book again, even though in reality it is slightly different than presented online (when it comes to the grounds and lake / garden / gold court etc.). Despite the fact that the surroundings are not as you might expect from the presentation and the distance to the city center is considerable (which we knew when we booked), the fact that it is very cozy and comfortable and the staff is a big plus. The rooms are spacious, clean and have a neat, suitable design.

Although this did not affect us directly, perhaps restoring the grounds to have boats available, golfing, sun tanning etc. as shown in the pictures here and on the hotel website would match more the expectations travellers would have when choosing this accommodation.

Almost everything, it was a very nice stay. Comfy bed, helpful and polite staff, well equipped room, nice view of the river from the dining room. And lastly, marvellous breakfast !!

Dinner was good, but for the price could be better. Can't really fault the hotel for the short stretch of road and the nearby station which are indeed a bit uninviting as they can't do anything about it. The facilities of the hotel itself and the garden in front of the river are wonderful.

The hotel itself is quite nice. It was very quiet and had all the amenities I would hope for. The breakfast had a good selection and everything was fresh. There is a bus stop right around the corner, and downtown is about 20 minutes away by public transport.

The room was on the ground floor, with the car park just outside the window. So someone parking their car would be 2m away from the bed, looking directly at the window. There were no vegan options for breakfast.

I bought it as a gift for my partner's Birthday. We really enjoyed our stay at Chateau St.Havel. The rooms are big, clean and very stylish.The food at this hotel is exceptional and the hotel has lots to offer, including a welcome drink, very nice spa, golf court and a beautiful garden.

There is a large construction going on next to the hotel and so it was quite noisy on Saturday morning over there.Also, our room did not include bath but shower and I specifically wanted the bath in the room.

Nice hotel, clean, organized, beautiful structured and maintained. Nice dining room and relaxing atmosphere.

The room under the roof definitely not suitable for 3 persons, because of the diagonal roof structure. The carpet is old - better to have wood floor or tiles. The building from outside looks much more shick than from inside.

Breakfast was included and was like a self-serve with a large selection of foods! Little chocolates were left of the pillows for arrival. Plenty of bathroom products available, and slippers! Cleaner came and did a little tidy of the room midday as well, so once I came back the room was clean and tidy. Really really helpful staff and lovely environment.

The only thing I would say is the minibar had a strange smell to it, which put me off using it (which is probably good ultimately). Another thing I would say is the in room coffee pods were not restocked and the cups in the cupboard didn't look like they were clean. But that could be due to them looking unused, so maybe they were not checked due to this.

Nice park connected to the hotel. Hotel in old-fashion chateau style. I have chosen this hotel because of its proximity to my business trip location.

Very busy city highway just nearby the hotel, not displayed on ads pictures. No noise protection wall near the road, so you can hear cars all night, if you keep window open. Very small and simple bathroom. Small shower box, definitely not 4* hotel style.

Short drive from central Prague approximately 10 minutes, good value for money. Stunning hotel and grounds top notch 🙂 with lovely garden, pond, golf... It was like stepping back in time. We loved a vintage phone in full working order. Our daughter said: "Mummy, look it's like my little palace, let's invite Prince George 😃for our dinner." Dishes at the restaurant tasty and beverage list was very high standard and excellent service. Welcome drink was really nice touch. Breakfast was lovely 😋. We picked this hotel as a family point after Christmas celebrations. We would like to thank all the staff at the hotel for our short but wonderful stay. Good, tasty breakfasts.

We were unlucky because there were constant renovations going on on the street. There was an unpleasant smell in the shower and the hood was very noisy. One day they didn’t clean our room and for some reason they hung someone else’s bag of dirty towels on the door handle. After a notice to the reception, everything was cleaned.

We had combined stay, one family arrived a day sooner before us. We arrived early morning and the hotel staff took care of our luggage, made space for us at the breakfast table with our friends. The breakfast buffet was superb, including prosecco. They also had gluten free bread available.

a bit far from city center, but we knew that before we booked so good for us :-)
