Great location.

The room didn’t have air-con. The fan was provided but it’s not enough in very hot days. Also the curtains didn’t cover the window properly as not wide enough.

Great location - metro station was less than 5 minute walk away. The staff was very nice and helpful. Also, the hotel has small kitchens on every floor in case you want to prepare your own food.

The beds were not the best (but definitely not bad). The stairs were see-through, so they might be uncomfortable for people with fear of heights. Also, there are stairs that cannot be avoided at many places, including entering the hotel, going to the reception or the rooms, so this might not be the best place for people with reduced mobility.

Very convenient . The train station is a 2 min walk. We got the 100 bus from the airport and then B line to the hotel. 10 mins on the train to Old Town. Rooms are very clean and every floor has a mini kitchen. Very quite place, and within 3 min walk you have a shopping centre with a big food court. Will definitely recommend this place

When we 1st arrived, the cleaners were there at the front and we didn't find them to be polite or engaging. Even if we don't spk the same language a warm smile goes a long way.

Really appreciated this affordable, clean, quiet, nice hotel in great location close to a terminal station/bus stop which was very convenient for getting around. Friendly staff, and the room was with very good cleaning, and quiet, and relatively roomy. Also appreciated the shower stall which had no water going on the floor, and excellent ventilation there. There was a convenience store just around the corner which was also greatly convenient. Very good stay, thank you.

the staff of the Hotel are very kind. There is no Breakfast in this Hotel available but don't worry because every floor has a compact kitchen which you can prepare your breakfast easily (and this makes you save some money). The location of the Hotel is far from the city center but there is no problem because thanks to the perfect (and on-time) public transportation of the city it takes 20 minutes to reach to the center. If you travel with your car make sure to reserve the parking because the capacity of the parking places is limited in HOTEL ARÉNA. I am definitely satisfied.

Everyone at the Hotel Arena was friendly and cared for our comfort. The room was spacious and practical. The bathroom was clean. I enjoyed having the possibility to warm up some food, tea or coffee using the kitchenette. The location of the hotel for public transport and the private parking are the big plus points.

The summer terrasse with the smell of cigarette. I was looking forward to sitting a bit outside on the terrasse but I couldn't handle the strong smell of cigarette at early morning. Maybe consider emptying more often the trash or keep the smoking area to one or the other (outside vs inside).

Everything was perfect. So clean, comfortable. İ really like hotel arena. İf i go to prague in future again, i will choose this hotel İt was soooo clean. İn the bathroom you can see small hygenic things Mini fridge existed in the room with mini bar. A fan also exists in the room. Room decoration was awesome. The furnitures were green. İn the floor there is a shared mini kitchen with microwave kettle and tools. Coffe and tea are gifted to you in the room. Hair dryer was so powerful. İ enjoyed every details of this hotel experience.

This was our 2nd stay here. We were welcomed by a friendly lady at reception who explained us all the stuff. There is a covered garage in case you want to park your car which is something extremely useful. The room was clean with all basic necessities. The hotel building seems old but well maintained. In the room is sufficient storage, minibar, tv with satellite connection, locker, complementary tea/coffee. Every floor had a small kitchen with microwave. The location is amazing, near to Galeria Harfa where you would get all you need on any trip. There's also a small shop just few steps away which is open late.

Nothing. However it isn't completely barrier free since one has to climb few stairs after using lift (for people with disabilities and strollers) but this is a minor point and not even relevant for everyone.

Close proximity to Mall, corner stores restaurants etc... Staff were very welcoming and always helpful. My room was clean, well stocked mini bar(redbull, water, orange juice, Fanta, wine) toiletries, towels etc... There was a kitchenette on the floor with a microwave,kettle and sink with dishes and dish drainers.

Would be nice if there was a small stove in the kitchenette.

Very clean and quiet hotel, secured garage, receptionist was nice and very helpful. Very close to metro station, abt 15 mins metro ride from old center. Non stop or very late open shop round the corner. Minibar stuffed with essential drinks.

Reception closes at 10 pm and there is no permanent lighting in the lobby or front of hotel. Eco friendly, agree but a sensor light at the front door would make it feel safer.
