The hotel had a fabulous view in the main room and allowed for a convivial atmosphere. While we were not there with small children, there were others families that did have them and the playroom downstairs was clearly a key feature to allow children to play and enjoy while parents and families could relax. Breakfasts were exactly what was required!! Delicioius. The staff were caring and kind, really responding to particular needs. The sauna was a great feature and very clean. It made the end of the day more relaxing.

There were things out of the hotel's control and some in their control. In their control is the mattress. Everyone has different tastes and mattresses are not easy to maintain however, for my liking, they were a bit soft. Out of their control but for the benefit of others reading this reveiw, the drive to the hotel is a challenge, certainly not insurmountable but I feel the need to be transparent. Saying that, every effort is made to reduce the challenge.

Beautifully located, provides amazing views to mountains and close to hiking trails, very calm surroundings. Room is quite small, but cozy, very clean, big comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast (included to the price), friendly, ready to help staff, speaks very good English. Hospitable owners that are truly dedicated to make the hotel a better place! Some activities are available in the hotel, like ping pong, badminton, also child zone. Dinner was availabile in restaurant, decent choice and reasonable prices.

Before mentioning anything here, I want to highlight that we loved our stay, and definitely recommend the hotel. Here are just minor areas for improvement: - Would be nice to have a small fridge in the room. - Loud air ventilation in bathroom, which turns on automatically, when light is on (wakes up during the night). - Restriction to smoke on balkony. - No small table on balcony. - Creaking door to the room.

★★★★★ Great Ski Hotel This hotel has everything you need for a ski trip. The staff is friendly and helpful. The food is great, especially the breakfast. Free shuttles to the slopes made getting around easy, and the ski room was convenient for storing equipment. Recommended for any ski vacation.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Also, ​​they were very accommodating with my vegan friend's dietary needs, added pictures of the food they made especially for him :)

Apartment was clean and warm. There’s a buffet restaurant with breakfasts and dinners (for add. price), — they were good and very convenient. There’s a spacey children’s room with the toys in the basement. Great view from the windows.

Location may be not convenient for people without car; with transport it’s no problem

Really nice place at a beautiful location!. Cute simple, and very quite place. Pavel, our host, was so nice and helpful with everything we needed. Nice breakfast. Going out the hotel door straight to nature :)

Great and very kind and responsive staff, good breakfast and wonderful location! The room is a bit small but has a comfy bed and necessary bathroom facilities. The location and view from the room and the restaurant are breath-taking!

It is really nice and quiet place. Best option for relaxing! Breakfast and dinner are good 👍 We weren't hungry 😋. Thanks to Pavel for his outstanding assistance and communication!

The location is superior

The breakfast was rather minimalistic. It was Winter and some protection against viruses would be beneficial.

Scenic views from the balcony, hospitable service and delicious breakfast. So good that a ski bus was introduced and works very well :)
