Awesome breakfasts that I looked forward to every morning. The staff was very pleasant, friendly and helpful. They always tried their best. Apparently warm water stopped working one day and they fixed the issue before I even noticed it. Overall the hotel is in a very nice and clean state. Telč is a beautiful location, especially in the summer months.

The bed. We stayed in one of the "king bed" rooms and we had one major issue with it. The bed has no real frame to speak of. This meant sleeping with a partner was a bit uncomfortable because the mattresses kept sliding apart. Also parking in Telč is a bit complicated, but that's not the hotel's fault.

This is my second stay to this hotel, and once again, I am extremely satisfied. I appreciate its convenient location, situated just behind the central square of the town. The environment here is peaceful and well-maintained. The staff members are exceptionally courteous and attentive. Additionally, they have a small swimming pool available for guests to enjoy. The breakfast provided is excellent. In summary, this place offers excellent quality for the price paid. If it is available, I will make it a point to stay here every time I visit Telc.

We had a lovely spacious corner room. It had all we needed. Although it was the cheapest of its category in Telc, we were perfectly satisfied with the quality. Very pleasant staff.

It is next to a busy road so you hear the traffic - nevertheless it slept well. Not much parking space in the yard but absolutely safe.

Astonishing value for money. A wonderful welcome from our host who seemed to run the hotel almost single handed. Incredibly helpful and kind this lady could not have done more for us. Breakfast was amazing and a brilliant start to the day. Just wish we had allowed longer to enjoy this wonderful place. The old town of Telc was immediately outside the hotel with lovely views as you walked to the town gate. Really sorry we had only one day here.

The location . Easy access to centre.

The parking, noisy when windows open. No air conditioning. Exceptional hot days. Limited attendance at reception and locked lounge area.

Great location, friendly staff. Comfy bed. Can make tea and coffee in room.

The sound isolation isnt the greatest, so you can hear the people talking in the other rooms and traffic in the moring because the hotel is by the road.

The accommodation was a very warm and nice play to stay. I really liked the friendly welcome I was given by the hosts. The location is really close to the amazing city of Telč. I travel often, but the discovery of this pretty little town Telč was one of my favorites of the year 2022

Good location in nice town. Safe parking for motorbike or scooter. Good service.

A bit noisy in the room facing the main street. If you can not accept a noise, better to ask another room. For me it was ok.

breakfast was good, location too (a bit of noise from the road nearby but nothing too much or too disturbing)

sad that the pool was closed - sauna is a bit pricy

close to town and the owner is very friendly and helpful.

quite a distance from the bus station. It will be better to get a taxi if you have big luggage
