Very clean. Very friendly staff. Great nature. Spa.

It was a great place to stay, it's a bit colder so pack your jacket. Spa was relatively full but may be due to school holidays Extremely friendly staff, it would be better if they reduce frequently of checking tables when to remove plates, while having breakfast. Breakfast and dinner area not so cosy and looks like university canteen. Not so much choices for dinner in the restaurant but everything they had tasted really good. Overall positive impression.

All was good this stay the checking was fast and friendly. The rooms where very clean and a nice design. From the balcony was a nice view of the mountains just nice to sit there and relax Breakfast was very good with a nice touch of a real coffee made for you. Dinner was a buffet meal with lots off option that change every night with very nice deserts All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Pool and sauna where very clear Park was free and trouble free The lobby bar had very nice staff with a little help from a robot server

So, if there has to be bard first, I like to say just my view and very minor issue. Bathroom could real do with a shaving mirror as the big mirror is a long way from you. Pool the decor was very nice the only think I like to say the pool liner will need renewing soon. However still this didn’t not stop our enjoyment in any way.

Stayed 3 nights at Orea Resort Horizont in the executive room with balcony. We also went for the half board. The staff at the reception were awesome, very helpful and friendly. The room was clean, cozy, with a beautiful view and nicely renovated. Due to covid, there was no daily cleaning, unless requested, but we did not need it. Wellness was alright. We enjoyed the sauna, steam room, and relaxation room. The staff there was nice too. As for the food, we were happy with breakfast, alright for a 4* hotel.

Dinner, however, was a different story. Unfortunately 2 out of the 3 dinners we had were really poor, thus, the 9/10 stars. We would probably book a stay at the hotel again, but skip the half board.

Location is great walks, beautiful nature around and easy to get to. Hotel itself has nice new facilities where everything works, nicely decorated rooms and lovely lobby. Staff were perfect - reception lady was so helpful and smiley! Beds were a little too soft for us but nicely done. Restaurant is good - very tasty a la carte dinner and buffet breakfast was great too! we were impressed with several types of eggs and sausages as well as a barista making coffees. we are definitely coming back again!

Great bike parking and easy room access. Comfy room, friendly staff and great food at dinner and breakfast buffets, especially after long cycle tour days.

Our room was renovated and very comfortable and good value, but had no real view in the back and was subject to service/garbage pick up noise outside early in the morning. Go for a view room if you can get one.

The location was perfect, aside from the town and in the middle of beautiful woods - you can step in the forest right from the parking lot and discover amazing hiking trails. Very quiet, dark at night. Everything in the hotel is new and modern and clean. Our room was perfect, spotless, very recently renovated, nicely decorated and with an amazing view. We really enjoyed the lobby bar where you can get really good cocktails and they get delivered by a robot. That was awesome :D Spa, breakfast and dinners were also great. Staff is polite, friendly and professional.

The pool could have been a bit warmer.

very nice hotel with super kind staff, always ready to accomodate our request, make some small changes in menu for example etc. Bar, drinks and food of high quality, multiple choices. A beautiful window view. Highly recommended!

the only thing that could use some improvement is wellness, especially sauna. It’s really small and was packed all the time

Excellent location with superb mountain view, quiet place in the middle of forests. Fantastic breakfast... Small but nice wellness with 10m pool, whirpool, sauna, steam cabin and water/Tea/fruits available for free... Nice and friendly staff.... well kept house...

The place is really good, surrounded by beautiful nature, excellent forests and beautiful landscapes. The hotel staff was great, really friendly and welcoming. Great animation program, gifts for all children, program for them with great animators. Food was also very good - really great breakfast and dinner with huge variety of different food. Also for children. The lobby bar staff was really friendly making great cocktails. The room was very clean, the view from it was very beautiful.A lot of activities to do during the day and also night. A great place and I really highly recommend it to all potential visitors.
