Beautiful double room with sofa. Location excellent for seeing all the main sites in Leipzig. Central but still quiet so make to get excellent sleep. Great service.

A little expensive but worth it for the facilities. Breakfast is quite pricey so would recommend opting out and just going to one of the many cafes or bakeries in the area. Bathroom was huge but a little strange in terms of layout (no shower curtain so water went everywhere and towel racks under sink were quite low). But these are very minor issues.

First of all, the room was amazing and the bed was the most comfortable bed I ever slept in. I love staying at NH hotels both when I travel for business and both with my family because the rooms are so relaxing and the check-in and out processes are stress-free. Secondly, the pet policy is great: the rules are clear and well-balanced, so the stay is great for both owners and pets. Last but not least, the care to detail from a hospitality point of view is always a great joy here.

Great comfort in excellent central location, room with interesting view onto indoor mall. Large windows that could be opened properly, and free drink if guest agreed to forgo room cleaning!

There was no soap in the bathroom other than liquid in a bottle fixed to the wall at chest height, fine for showering but no good for bathing. The shower basin overflowed as the rubber seal at the bottom of the door was missing. We reported this to the reception three times but it was never fixed. Not a big problem, we just wedged a towel under the door and used another towel to mop up afterwards, but other guests may not be so accepting! A pity as everything else was brilliant.

The hotel was excellent! Fantastic room and bed, brilliant location, really clean and welcoming! Staff at reception, particularly the girl from Finland who greeted us at reception upon arrival, was really nice and helpful!

The light switch in the toilet did not work so we had to sleep with the light on all night (which wasn’t much of a problem as we were able to close the toilet door). The parking available as part of the hotel was too expensive, at €25 per night.

Great hotel, loved it. Super location right in the centre of the town. I would have liked some more space to put my things in the bathroom. There is hardly space to put your toothbrush, lety alone the rest. So we kept everything in our toiletbag, but this is not very handy.

This is a very comfortable hotel in an excellent location for exploring the interesting city of Leipzig. We paid extra for a larger room with a spacious seating area (sofa, armchair and desk). The decor is simple; all white with no pictures and some might think it has the feel of a hotel for business travellers, but we were very happy. Our room also had a view of Burg Platz (rather than some other rooms which overlooked an internal courtyard) which was extremely pleasant. The large bed was very comfortable and the tea/coffee making facilities were excellent. Also plenty of storage space and hangers for clothes which is sadly rare in hotels. The air-cooling was efficient and the room was very quiet.

Small things could have been better: the air-cooling was a little noisy which made us want to turn it off overnight despite hot weather. We were charged for bottles of mineral water left on the desk; we did not realise that this would be the case and had not used drinks/food in the minibar. It would also have been good if the tea bags and coffee creamers which we used had been replaced.

Staff were great, helpful and welcoming, both front of house and housekeeping. The room was great, plenty space and sockets. Bed was comfortable and air conditioning was effective. Breakfast was good with a wide selection. Mini-bar in the room that was handy to add your own drinks to, to chill. Wi-Fi in the room was good too, we had no complaints with the two iPhones and small tablet we had with us. Location: city centre location, close to S-Bahn and trams, 2 stops from the main railway station, handy if you are attending WGT, and there is a well stocked Rewe near by. I would happily come back.

Nothing that spoiled our stay but, like most German hotels, there is no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, but we knew this.

So friendly when we arrived and we were the lucky client for the day with free use of the mini bar! Staff were super helpful and we were able to leave our luggage there until the afternoon when we needed to catch the train The gym was very well kitted out and suited us perfectly Staff were also very helpful with advice on the public transport Would definitely recommended this hotel and stay there again!

The location is in the city centre. From there you can pick up alt the tram to everywhere. Even the S5 or S5X to the airport is a 2-minute walk. The main train station is less than a 10-minute walk. It is located in an area only for people (no cars) full of restaurants and snacks. Nonetheless, it is a very quiet place. At the back of the hotel, there's a gallery with some grocery stores (LIDL), where you can buy up some stuff.

The breakfast price (20 euro per person). Go to LIDL instead.

The hotel was in a great location, close to all the Christmas markets, yet insulated well from the sound. We slept very well. The room was also surprisingly spacious for Europe, and modern and clean.

It was a bit hard to find, Google doesn't quite know where the entrance is. The best I can explain it is, it's connected to the mall but the entrance is outside the mall, so don't wander around the mall looking for it.
