I loved the staff, everyone I interacted with seemed to love working there! The breakfast bar was amazing! They offer a little waffle machine, great toppings for Oatmeal bowls, delicious and simple omelet options. There were some meat options too but I didn't pay much attention as I dont eat meat when traveling. Some juice was available though I was there for some coffee which is available in the lobby and at the breakfast bar. Very clean even though the hotel is older and surprise a jacuzzi tub! Wish I had the time to use that but was just doing an overnight layover and only there to sleep.

The ac was very loud and could not turn off. Due to the close vicinity to the highway I was woke up around 4am to a bunch of semi trucks honking. My stay was midnight to 7am so to be woken up was not ideal. The shuttle service was very confusing because when you call from the airport they say "its a metro" so I thought I had to find some kind of subway train system, but the shuttle is called "metro shuttle". The drivers do not really communicate where they are going and the other passengers lead to more confusion of what the shuttle destination is, my advice is just ask the driver directly and definitely tell them where you need to be dropped off when you get on, otherwise they need to loop back on the route which causes inconvenience to other passengers.

I really liked the location of the property. It’s close enough to the airport but far enough away the parking lot was quiet and I wasn’t worried about my vehicle like some of the other hotel parking lots in the area. One big bonus was their little canteen by the front desk. I forgot to get some water at the gas station and they had a big selection of drinks and snacks available at a reasonable rate. Loved that.

The carpet in the room could use a clean. It wasn’t visibly soiled but it felt a bit grimy.

Well lit and clean hotel. Our room was spacious, clean and had good amenities. Parking space was plenty. Front desk staff were helpful. Hotel is easily accessible from the major highway. The main lobby and corridors were clean. Having tea and coffee available all time was a nice touch.

Breakfast was good, it had hot and cold items. Improvement possibilities: add more than one friendly staff during the very busy breakfast time, especially for long weekends. Add more healthy vegetarian options.

The room was large, and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were clean, and they supplied towels. The shuttle was on time, and was free, which was nice.

The packed breakfast could have had a bit more variety…maybe a muffin, or a croissant…juice would have been nice We had a 6 o’clock flight, so no choice but to get it packed. Did appreciate getting something, though.

Close to the airport (for work) and park n fly. Comfy bed.

The furniture and walls are starting to show its age. Some plugs didn't work, 3 or 4 lights didn't work either and the jets in the bath didn't work either (timer on the wall was no good - front desk didn't know how to get it running). Last time I stayed the night at this hotel was a few days after its grand opening - years ago. Just felt the standard dropped a bit....but then again...that's just me.

The worker at the front desk was a fabulously friendly person. We had a small dog with us and they provided a small package with some treats and bags to pick up dog waste, it was a nice little touch. The beds were comfortable and bathroom was spacious.

The carpet in our room was on the dirtier side. There were no big pieces of dirt or anything but you could see some parts of the carpet could use a carpet cleaning machine run over them, especially in the corners/edges.

Fantastic water pressure and shower, large spacious bathroom with lots of counter space, excellent hair dryer, spacious room, large tv, accepted my service dog no problem.

Carpet in the halls desperately need to be replaced, they are so dirty, worn out and a tripping hazard! Luggage cart had a flat tire.

The full hot breakfast. Not just bagels and fruit, but eggs, bacon, potatoes and make your own waffles. Plus more. Location great to airport.

The carpets in hallways were easy to trip over due to rips.you really need to pay attention. The Canadian flag outside needs to be replaced. Other than that, all good.

The check in was fast and easy. They were extremely accommodating with the changes in dates.

My daughter lost her bracelet in the room. We called as soon as we realized she forgot it there. To date it still hasn’t been found/turned in. I’m not sure why or how that’s possible. That has been a huge disappointment.

Loved the breakfast it was over the top amazing and the always accessible hot drink bar was an amazing added bonus.

We mainly booked for the pool and hot tub and this wasn't working for some of our stay. Also laundry was out of service.
