The room was excellent, super comfy beds, lovely view. Swimming pool lovely.

The noise of pneumatic drills all day from the renovations! Not very relaxing when you’re by the pool ☹️ Maybe they should offer a discount if they want to renovate whilst still open to customers.

Everything you would expect from the Hilton brand, the service from every single member of staff was very friendly, warm, polite and professional. Our room was massive with a beautiful large balcony overlooking the pool. Lovely hot water with great water pressure and the biggest shower I have ever seen. With lovely smelling toiletries. Was a shame that I couldn't smoke on the balcony though, you have to go to the designated smoking area at the back of the hotel near to the pool. WIFI is good but not very good around the pool area. There are enough sun beds for everyone, reserving them early is really not necessary. The pools are beautiful and the gardens are really pretty at night and maintained well. I do think that an extra smoking area near to the beach would be nice, as its quite a walk up to the hotel back entrance, this area is also very windy and in complete shade. A bin is also needed for the guests to put their empty cigarette packets into, as the table looked messy on occasions. We opted for the half board package. Breakfast was amazing so much choice, everything was hot good quality and extremely tasty. We ate at Chay Had restaurant twice, both meals were excellent, you do have a smaller menu for half board option, but there is plenty to chose from, we also ate in the pub restaurant, on the front by the strip, we opted for good old fashioned fish and chips, as we were in need of some European food and it surely did not disappoint. The roof top bar is awesome, with some amazing views over Hua Hin. We found the hotel to be in a nice central location for us, we had a hire car, and was able to get around easily. As well as walk to nearby points of interest restaurants and bars. We opted for the Hilton as one of our last hotels of the holiday, to have some luxury and pampering. We was not disappointed, we received both and it was a lovely hotel to have some R&R.

This was a really wonderful hotel We booked an Executive Room with ocean view and the room was spacious and the view amazing. We were given a room on the 16th Floor! The staff in this hotel were really wonderful. On our last day, the breakfast team gave us a card that had personal messages added by the team. This was such a nice touch! Likewise, the staff in the Executive Lounge were great - they remembered orders for return visitors and it was a lovely way to end the day. This was a lovely side trip after a busy time in Europe and I really enjoyed the pool and the warm weather. Location is also fab. Easy Walk to the Night Market with the wonderful local seafood restaurants at night!

The hotel is in a very convenient location with a private white sand beach. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. When I experienced some issues with the internet, they promptly provided me with a router for a more stable connection. I was pleasantly surprised to find that my booking included free breakfast and dinner, and I thoroughly enjoyed dining at the Chay Had beachfront restaurant and the Market Restaurant. However, be aware that drinks at the restaurant can be a bit pricey, as they were not included with dinner.

Due to ongoing renovations, it can be a bit noisy during the daytime.

Breakfast selection on offer was excellent except perhaps the missing multigrain toast would have been great. The pool area was just lovely and great fun to use, just wonderful attentive service/staff. A nightcap on the rooftop bar was a great finish to the day. The rooms all had wonderful ocean views and the balcony a nice way of catching the evening breeze.

The room fittings & furniture are simply out dated and has to be brought into the 21 century to truely meet 5-star rating. The nightly door banging wasn’t nice at all and slow-closing room doors do wonders for a good night sleep. Looking at the cross section of guests I must ask who could possibly enjoy all those thai TV shows - what about getting some streaming services for a more suitable program selection ?? It can’t be that hard.

We were in town for only a couple days, so we were not able to experience most of the amenities; however what we did experience was fantastic. The staff, room cleanliness, view and location were perfect. Mostly we were interested in seeing Hua Hin for the first time. We love it and will return annually. Easy 3 hour taxi ride from BKK. Easy walk to town, miles of unobstructed beach for walking, amazing food on every corner. What a blast!

We travel frequently, this is the first time in 20+ years we did not have any complaints nor issues with where we stayed!

Our family chose Hua Hin for our short winter break, avoiding the hassle of an additional flight with two young kids. Despite having visited Thailand multiple times, this was our first experience in Hua Hin, and it turned out to be absolutely wonderful. The resort's location is perfect, right in the heart of Hua Hin, with everything within walking distance. What impressed us the most was the beautiful play area, where two attentive staff members were present at all times. Throughout the week, they organized various activities for kids, keeping both our 2 and 6-year-old entertained for hours each day. The highlight for our little ones was the massive pool with a thrilling big slide (exclusive for kids). Our choice of the king suite with ocean view and lounge access was spot on. The room was incredibly spacious, featuring a large balcony with a breathtaking view. For those considering a stay, opting for a room with lounge access is highly recommended. The perks of free drinks and food made our evenings even more enjoyable. Kudos to the housekeeping staff for their amazing work in maintaining cleanliness throughout our stay. The breakfast offered was not only substantial but also delicious, making it well worth waking up early for. Overall, our experience at Hilton was exceptional, and we would highly recommend it to families looking for a perfect getaway in Hua Hin.

While our stay at the resort was overall fantastic, it's important to note a couple of areas that could benefit from attention. The rooms, while spacious, seemed a bit dated and could use a refreshing facelift. Similarly, the bathrooms showed signs of aging. Despite the cleanliness maintained by the diligent housekeeping staff, an upgrade to the room interiors would undoubtedly enhance the overall guest experience. We believe that a modern touch to the rooms and bathrooms would elevate the resort's already excellent features.

The rooms were big with a fantastic view of the beach and sea. The bed was very comfortable to sleep in. The pool was big with a slide for kids (guess adults could use it too). They had a very good spread for breakfast. Awesome altogether !!

There is nothing that I didnt like in particular. Just that this being the offseason there were a lot of renovation work happening in the lower floors but it did not affect me in any way.

The hotel is stunning and the staff excellent in all areas from the fist opening the taxi door and walking into the woinderful stylish lobby to check in and all client facing staff The pool and beach area are magnificent and well thought out for differnt types of guest. The publ;ic areas are cool and impressive and the rooms first class Small details like enough plugs to charge devices and switches named so yoiu know how lighting system works are excellent details The bed was large and very comfortable We were fortunate to be upgraded so had a great spcius balcony with stunning voies over Huia Hin beach and the sea Wonderful and relaxing

You are paying 5 star prices but sleeping in a 3 star room, surely you could up grade the furniture after 20 years. A nice big tv would not go a miss.
