Good location at the sea promenade. Large room. Comfortable beds. Good service.

Exchange rate of Turkish lira for payment with credit card might not be very favourable. Deposit is charged on credit card upon arrival, but is released at check out.

the hotel location is very good, and the staff are helpful. It's also close to a mall and road. There are easy parking slot and electrical charging station. It was clean and did not smell bad (which is serious issue in many hotels close to the sea) There is a coffee bar with acceptable coffee and the breakfast was also very good. The hotel rooms are big enough and the bathroom was really good. And it was very good value for money.

Cannot complain. Maybe the staff could make it easier for guests to go to the seaside from the hotel yard.

‏There was a lack of attention to detailed cleaning; the room’s window was dirty from the first day. They did not replace the slippers after use, and the food in the open buffet was not great. Breakfast was just okay but lacked variety. Despite the reservation being prepaid, they requested a deposit at check-in, although nothing in the room justified this. The rooms had only partial sea views, unlike the full view offered by other hotels like Kolin. Soundproofing was poor; I could hear noise from neighboring rooms.

Breakfast was very good. Turkey has wonderful fruit so a bit more variety but satisfactory. I didn't try cooked breakfast and was not aware of the option of an omelette until later in my stay. Could be more obvious perhaps. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. English is good. Zhra and Ayla saw me in for my 9 night stay and away at the end very efficiently and helpfully. The adjustment to the quite complicated booking was dealt with quickly and with no fuss by the front desk team working together. My electronic door lock failed on evening and the repair was made quickly and efficiently. The hotel was happy for me to practice my bagpipes. Very good thank you.

More tea in the room seems a small thing but we are British and like our tea. One of my friends found their room not made up when they returned. Small thing but matters. We were late collecting fiends from the airport on Monday 15th an dinner was a bit tired and disappointing after flight and drive from Istanbul. For stays of more than one night why not let guests hang their towels to show that they do not need to be laundered. Saves water etc and is more 'green'. Laudry service is very efficient; formal shirts not ironed and folded whereas polo shirts were ironed and folded like shirts. Don't understand that but not a big problem.

Our stay at the Hilton in Çanakkale was nothing short of exceptional. The hotel boasts a superb location right by the city's promenade, practically on the waterfront, offering breathtaking views and easy access to the nearby airport and a shopping mall. The design of the hotel is truly a work of art, with everything arranged down to the finest detail. Each object is placed with incredible precision, reflecting a keen eye for aesthetics. Our room featured an enormous and beautiful balcony with stunning views of the sea, providing the perfect spot to relax. The room's amenities and furniture exuded refinement and luxury, making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was equally impressive, with a wide variety of delicious options, all prepared with great attention to detail. Every aspect of this hotel speaks of professionalism. The staff members are fluent in English, friendly, and always ready to assist. I have nothing but praise for this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and meticulously crafted experience.

Great location at the sea promenade; handy for driving to Troy or have a walk to the city center. The Hotel is located on the waterfront with great walking paths; across from two shopping malls as well. High standard rooms with very comfortable beds. The service was very good. The open buffet for dinner at the restaurant was good. Helpful and friendly staff.

Considering that this is not a cheap hotel, the selection of meals during breakfast could be way better; the overall breakfast buffet was good but with limited option. Deposit is charged on credit card upon arrival, but is released at check out.

Very nice and modern hotel. Great pool outside and a lovely bar.

The breakfast was not very good, only filter coffee in very old fashioned filter and a very old fashioned pot for milch. All the pastries are very bad, the baddest I have ever had in my life, even in the gas stations they are better. Only the cheese and fresh vegetables were good. The hot part was not very good either, even the omlete had no taste.

Very clean, professional hotel with exceptional service. Views are great, easy access to waterfront walk and to an amazing playground. Kitchen staff happy to adjust to ensure dietary requirements are met. Fantastic selection of different breakfast foods. Everything was fresh and tasty.

We stayed here twice with an island visit in-between. Our first room was not huge - keeping in mind we had a huge bed plus sofa bed. Second visit, room was larger and they brought in a roller bed for our son.

A chain hotel with traditionally high standards. There is a sun deck with the outdoor pool, a good spa-section, with the inside pool and different types of steam bathes. The room is spacious (we've booked King Guest Room).

The location is quite far from the city center (a taxi ride will be needed). The local restaurant is overpriced (but there is a shopping center just opposite the hotel with McDonalds and other food corners). The reception staff is not up to the high standards of the hotel chain: most of them speak little or no English and they have mistakenly quoted a much higher price than I had in the booking (cited some technical error thereafter).

Excellent leisure facilities: outdoor and indoor pools, 2 complete gyms, spa treatments at good prices. The room and bed are really comfortable. Located just at the promenade in front of Dardanelles strait. A variety of restaurants just in front of the hotel and icecreams and drinks at the back side of the hotel.

A bit far from the city centre, 45 min walk, but on the way to Troia.
