We love this beautiful hotel! It has a nice, comfortable bar and dining area! Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the valet($55) for overnight, but most places are $65. The hotel is 2 blocks down from the State Farm Arena, so a great place to see a concert and walk back! The Rooftop Lounge has a beautiful skyline view too! Brooke, the hotel desk clerk, was very friendly and efficient! She greeted us with a smile a delicious cocktail! How nice! We chose a ticket for returning guests and members and won a $30 breakfast voucher to use the next morning. The breakfast was yummy! Friendly, efficient service with an impeccably, quiet, beautiful room with a view and nice bathroom! Yay!!! We love staying at the Glenn W in Atlanta!!!

Actually nothing because the Glenn W is a top-notch hotel!

I liked that the hotel was in downtown Atlanta, it was close to everything that we had planned for the weekend. The food at Glenn's Kitchen was amazing and delicious every time we ate there. There was one valet guy who stood out to us though, he was there mostly in the mornings when we would leave to go somewhere. It sounded like he had an African accent, and I think his name was Alasan. He was amazing at his job and so friendly and helpful. The hotel room was comfortable and at night it was not loud outside and that was awesome too with it being in downtown Atlanta. The Sky Lounge was very nice and relaxing to go to as well.

The only thing that we didn't like during our stay there was that none of the people who worked there were friendly and they never spoke to us like they should at other hotels. The customer service there inside the hotel could have been a lot better to me. The nicest people that we encountered were the people who worked at Glenn's Kitchen and the one valet guy. They were the nicest ones there. I work with the public everyday so I know what customer service should look like and they did not show any to us.

Breakfast great. Location perfect . Brent at the roof bar, Thomas, who helped with luggage and get over my fear on the roof top and Craig the parking lot person were all wonderful. There was another guy in the parking area Tuesday who was wonderful, but I don't remember his name.

The rally of many many many cars and very very loud boom boxes on the roof of the parking lot across the street until 1:30 am. Hotel personnel had to call police to break up huge crowd.

Welcome staff was amazing and friendly, valet was super friendly and helpful! Room was comfy and clean. Location was amazing near the State Farm Arena.

Breakfast at restaurant was delicious, but no one checked on us throughout our meal. Hostess was very sweet and the gentleman who brought out our food was great, waitress was completely absent for the hour and 30 min we were there. No coffee or water refills, had to track her down for check. We would likely try again since the breakfast was tasty.

I liked the locations. Front desk was very polite and welcoming. The lounge bar and bartenders were excellent.

The Glenn kitchen at breakfast time was a complete joke. We arrived at 9:40 am. They close at 10. We sat for 20 minutes and were never acknowledged until they came and decided to tell us they were closed. I informed them we had been seated for 20 minutes and the waitress couldn't have cared less. Everything that was great leading up to eating breakfast before hitting the road was ruined by an employee more interested in closing then acknowledging patrons that had been sitting for for almost half an hour!!!

The location was a 10 minute walk from MARTA and across from the Olympic Park. We took UBER to farther out destinations but it worked well. The downtown is fairly walkable and seemed safe especially during the daytime.

The front door (what looks like the entrance) of the hotel is locked so when you arrive walking (like we did from the MARTA) you have to walk in the driveway to the parking garage to get into the hotel. Would not have been an issue except that we didn't know this was how you get in so walked around the hotel. Someone coming out of the parking lot actually pointed us in the right direction. A sign with instructions on the front door would have made this super easy.

The best party was the excellent customer service. It began to pour rain just before time to leave for our special event. Jay provided umbrellas and towels to dry our feet when we arrived. Tomas at the downstairs bar was wonderful with attention to detail and super friendly. Desmond acted as our photographer between his security guard responsibilities. Angelique and Brittany were quick to make sure our bill was divided properly, helped get our luggage to the Uber and water bottle refills.

We went to celebrate our 18th Wedding Anniversary and had the most lovely time! The building is amazing! They thought of everything to make the stay spectacular! Every staff member from the Valet to the person who checked us in, the manager gifted us a couple $10 dollar credits so in the morning we had the most enjoyable breakfast and the staff there, again phenomenal! The room was so comfy and decorated so neat! It had some of the history of the hotel on printed paper which was intriguing that it used to be the Atlanta Federal Reserve. Stay here if you're ever in the Atlanta area, you will be so glad you did!

Everything was wonderful!

The staff! Everyone was so helpful and friendly. We ate three meals in the hotel restaurant, and the staff was extremely nice and professional.  In particular, there are three people that stand out…. Mitchel, Karson and Angel.

Our room was a disappointment. The room was small. We couldn’t move around the bed freely. The window cleaners came up the side of the exterior bathroom window while I was in there. The room needs new carpet.

Loved the decor. Lovely bar area. Restaurant was wonderful. And the lions! Loved all the lions. The staff was amazing. Our waiter. The front desk, the bartender… Everyone. Shoutout to Mitch!

Our room was beautiful. Just hard for a woman to shave her legs. We need a little something in the shower.
