Upon getting to the hotel I was greeted pleasantly by Melissa and the lobby was very clean and smelled great. The staff was excellent especially Carl and Melissa and they answered all my questions. The breakfast had a good selection of both hot and cold items. You could make a waffle, get hot tator tots, sausage patties and eggs, muffins, bagels and bread for toast. Three different kinds of cereal and small cups of yogurt too. Coffee, hot tea, milk and orange juice. The bed was comfortable but it took some getting used to the pillows. They were smaller than I'm used to. The blackout curtains were nice as well. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. The TV had enough channels including two HBO channels. It was in a good location with plenty of restaurants and IHOP and Cracker Barrel were within walking distance. The only concern was the price was a bit high.

The main thing I didn't like was there was a constant smell of Marijuana on the floor. When the heater came on the smell of Marijuana came out which for a non-smoking room was not good. Plus there was one night about midnight when two or three people were having what sounded like a serious disagreement with one of the people using a lot of bad language and really talking louder than he should have at that time of night. Also if the maid didn't hear you telling you that you didn't need anything she would open the door and turn the light on and then she would close the door without turning the light back off. I just found that frustrating and she did it two days. Overall except for that one night it was a relatively quiet stay with normal noise during the day time and mainly quiet at night.

the front desk rep name Carl . he was rude & didn’t believe me when I said my keys didn’t work , he said I just didn’t know what I was doing so he went back to my room with me , once he seen the key didn’t work for him either he said we were in big trouble bc the keypad battery went dead & he said he didn’t know how we would get our belongings , finally we got in & were able to switch rooms after waiting for him to do it on his time . also he was telling guest depending on his mood he would wave the deposit. so basically don’t piss him off or don’t treat him like he is not human. he was just VERY unprofessional! but the other workers I met were AMAZING! & the room was beyond clean

The Location and the Front Desk employees were o.k.

The Breakfast was lacking a lot. and the Bathroom Needs A exhaust Fan that takes the steam and order out.. I do not like I have to request for my room to be cleaned !!!! because I"am paying lots of money to stay at a room I'am paying for..... Housekeeping need to do their job like people use to do Years and years ago. We did not have ask to get room Cleaned!! It was their Jobs!!!

I was really pleased with everything. The room was very clean. The staff were for the most part very friendly but the.night and overnight desk managers were the best. The breakfast was delicious and very varied. A great mix of hot and cold options.

The only thing that I didn't really like initially were the pillows because they were smaller than I'm used to but I did get used to them after the first couple of nights.

Friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Felt personable like a bed and breakfast more than a motel. Fast check in and check out.

Pull out sofa bed mattress and sheets were dirty and there were no additional linens available to replace. High traffic areas of hotel smelled of lingering smoke. Perhaps carpet in these areas should be replaced. Stairway and elevator were particularly strong. Room was clean and only had subtle smell that dissipated. Everything did seem to be cleaned etc so it maybe something that needs to be addressed by maintenance.

Breakfast was tasty. Area was clean and consistently kept full. The location was great for where I needed to go. Highway access and food places were great! Service was amazing from everyone especially Nikki & the woman that checked me in on 7/20 at approximately 9:15pm.

Was always greeted with a smile and a “how can I help you “Listened to my story as why my husband and I were here, traveling from Wisconsin to Florida to take care of my mother-in-laws estate. The location was very good. Around some nice spots to eat, shop, sightsee, etc. When we got there the traffic had died down but it was still nice to be out to see the area and the people. We didn't do much but from what we did see it was nice.

The breakfast was not what I expected. The waffles were good but if there were more meat choices and maybe some eggs that would have been perfect. Other than that, it was okay. I was really impressed with the waffles you could do two different types of waffles.

The lady working when we checked in was very accommodating, sweet, friendly, and empathetic! She did all she could to make our unexpected stay the best it could be for us. I don't recall her name.

The floors when you first walked in and in the bathroom. They were greasy feeling, very slippery.

Staff was GREAT!! Very friendly..Sara is an EXCELLENT employee..have ALWAYS had great experiences with her.. everyone else is as well

Very first time..they ran out of breakfast an hour before breakfast was over...stayed twice after that..it didn't happen again, prices seem to go up everytime and not many options for t.v. channels.. otherwise nice stay
