The property was nice and clean. The kids had a blast at the pool. The room was beautiful and I really enjoyed how large it was. We didn’t feel on top of each other and had space to move around.

The lady at the front desk forgot to give me a a parking permit and when I went back up to ask for one she became upset and stated I never told her I had a car, even though I explained to her we drove there from Utah… Also, the hotel is at the very beginning of the strip, the main part is about 3 miles down. I was under the impression is was closer and we wouldn’t have to drive or take a Uber. if you let looking for a hotel closer to the main part of the strip I would suggest a different hotel.

We loved the pool and amenities, everything from hotel to staff were very clean and friendly. The pool bar had a good selection of food & drinks. The Marketplace came in handy when we needed something to snack/drink. Our bedroom suite was perfect for the 4 of us, comfortable beds, sofa bed, nice bathroom, great kitchen with everything you need, including a washer/dryer that was a bonus! Overall experience was absolutely wonderful, we can't wait to book again!

This hotel was what we needed as a family for a relaxing/comfortable stay, I have no complaints.

At arrival we got a “Hilton gift” and we was to have a “tour” of the hotel (tour was the wording) BUT it was a timeshare presentation and took 90 min - when we wanted to get out of it - it was a big issue !!!!!!!

family hotel, calm and quiet - the opposite of the crazy casino hotels. full kitchen was really useful as was the laundry facilities.

the location is quite far up the strip, you can walk it but there isn’t anything fun to see for a while! get the bus or take a taxi.

Room was thoughtfully designed. Appliances, televisions, kitchen, flatware, cutlery, cleaning supplies…Absolutely bomb!

Shampoo was used. Paid for breakfast and they only offered a reheated jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich. 😞

Nice clean room with good bath amenities, kitchen dishwasher with detergent pods, washer/dryer with Tide detergent. Convenient marketplace to buy breakfast items. We used the lounge to play ping pong (cheap paddles had to be checked out from front desk with ID). Did not have time to enjoy the pickleball courts or jacuzzi. The bedside table phone had all the charging cables (micro USB, USB-C, lightning port).

Common area hand sanitizers and sanitizer wipes were all empty and not refilled! The parking pass should be issued at the parking garage gate instead of having the guest get the pass at front desk check in then having to return to the parking garage to place the pass on top of the car's dashboard.

My friends and I loved this hotel! Everything about it was exceptional! The staff members were prompt and professional. We arrived in Vegas around 8am and they were able to hold our bags in Bell Service. We came back to the hotel around 12:30pm and they were able to give us an early check in! Check in is normally at 4pm. They said luckily they had one big suit all ready to go! We came for the When We We’re Young Festival, so this was pretty much prime location! Our view was the festival itself! It was perfect! They have a text message system so that made things extremely easy. I asked for extra towels and blankets and they were able to bring them to me with just texting. They also provide 2 bottles of water per room at the convenient store.

I loved everything about this property. But if I didn’t come for the festival, then staying here wouldn’t be ideal because it is at the end of the strip.

Even though this hotel was on the strip, in the middle of Las Vegas, it was not "Vegasy" but just a great resort to bring a family with young kids. No casino, no smoking throughout the property, and the guests were very tame! The room was awesome, and having the kitchen was SO helpful! The pool had plenty of chairs, so we did not feel crowded, and they offered complimentary water, which is just a nice touch. My entire family had a great time.

I thought the pool felt dated and could use a refresh. Tiles and concrete were coming off the pool floor and wall, and the paint was peeling.

Pool was really lovely and heated thankfully. Room was as expected. A bit of a walk from the main hotels but a pleasant walk. Don't expect to get anywhere particularly quickly from this location other than out of Vegas.

Water policy was a little strange. Instead of in the rooms it was stored in the shop so you had to go and collect. Not really a problem but for a Hilton I would expect water in the rooms.

The staff was gracious and friendly. Love how the staff check on us via text everyday and to remind us about room service request, love it.
