The restaurant was exceptional. beautiful setting and food to the highest standard. dinner and breakfast. the newly renovated rooms (what they call superior rooms) are nice and modern with a sleek finish. luckily we were upgraded as our first room was more like a cheap travel lodge with old bathroom and beds. I refused to stay in that room and they kindly upgraded us to the better room. in my opinion, the upgraded room was what I would expect for the price we payed. so make sure you don’t book the non renovated ones. staff and service were fantastic

no fridge or safe in room, also no hair conditioner. apart from that, very good!

The property was well presented, with a very high standard of cleanliness in both the rooms and communal areas. The bar was well stocked, the breakfast was delicious and the staff were always on hand to offer assistance.

The property is quite far from the centre of the city, but a frequent and reliable bus service is nearby.

Our room was a family room. The loft area is what made it the family room. the loft had 2 single mattresses on the floor with very little head room. Think tiny home loft area. the main bedroom is a little small but comfortable.

The staff were very friendly and.accomodating. The room was clean. The breakfast was good and dinner was excellent (although expensive)

The room was small, and the shower very small. They seem to host a lot of meetings and events, and sometimes parking spaces were hard to find

Communication via text not 100% clear. Room no should be followed by letter indicating where to find room and check out text message came later the day of checkout. Why not send out during night?

Cleanliness was perfect. The restaurant and the facilities, the room itself were all very well maintained and updated. We had a patio room and it was a nice place to sit back and relax before going out to dinner.

The room had a perpendicular ceiling that didn't allow to stand on one of the sides of the bed (difficult to get in and out of bed without disturbing the partner).

Breakfast very good, the waiters asked every time if you want coffee, tea or freshly pressed orange juice. A good variation of cheeses, boiled eggs, omelette, fresh fruits like blue berries, pineapple, melons etc.

A menu for the restaurant anywhere next to the reception, something to draw you in. We ended up eating every day in the city. I have to say it looked busy anyways, with a few customers being refused for lack of availability. Another small thing, if you could add one more color for the door opening sign. Like make the arrow red for example, it'll jump out much easier, and there won't be so many visitors pulling the doors.

very nice property. conveniently located. amazing breakfast served in the room cause the restaurant was closed (don’t know if it was because of Covid or the holidays). very nice grounds. we didn’t see much else cause we arrived late and departed as soon as we had breakfast

I found that we were charged for the dog waay too much, and that price wasn’t announced to us prior. having said that, they made sure everything was available for the dog including snacks which was very sweet.

Excellent breakfast in a lovely room with balcony overlooking the garden. We had dinner one night and it was also very good with excellent service. Out of town hotel with good parking but too far to walk to other restaurants and Aalborg itself.

Room was on the road side of the hotel and was quite dark.
