All in all amazing stay! We stayed in a two-bedroom space, with living room and kitchen. The equipment is great, everything we needed was there except for a blow dryer (but you can get it on request). It was very calm, all the people very friendly. Breakfast is good, offers a good selection of bread, cheese, eggs and sweets! There are many sweet little villages around and things to explore, but right where the hotel is, there is not much to explore. There is a supermarket right around the corner though. We were looking for calmness and no big things going on to really relax, so perfect for us! In front of the hotel at beach, there is a construction site. You don’t hear it and you also don’t really see it as long as you are in the hotel but if you want to go to the beach, the walk is a little longer as you need to go beyond the construction site (around 2km).

A great little hotel in a great location - particularly if you're going to get the ferry. I would recommend taking the time to stay an extra night, as it's a lovely, quiet place tucked away in a wetland. Much more private than I was expecting, and very relaxed. A very high standard for a very very reasonable price.

The only real complaint I can muster is that some of the exteriors areas of the rooms/cabins could do with a bit more dusting. There were a few cobwebs and such that looked a little bit bad - but certainly not a deal breaker and understandable that it's sited on wetlands and so close to nature.

This unique hotel is a perfect location for the ferry port. We loved everything about it! It's clean, comfortable, and quiet. Our room, 206, had an unobstructed view of the sunset and was an easy walk to the parking lot, pool, sauna, breakfast, and beach trail. The room has a kitchenette, a balcony with seating for 2, a comfy bed, and a sofa. And, if needed, there are also a few restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

The only thing missing in the hotel room is a hair dryer. I usually don't travel with one anymore because there's always one in the room, so I was surprised that this hotel didn't provide one. Also, I'm not sure what's being built by the sea, but access to the beach is difficult due to all the construction.

Nice ressort, located close to the ferry. The rooms/cabins are modern and clean, and they are well equipped. The staff is friendly and supportive. The parking lot is spacious.

The parking is made of pebbles. If you have crutches, a wheelchair or any other walking aid, it's hard to move around on this precarious surface, as the crutches/wheels are sinking in and make it nearly impossible to move steadily. A few special parking spaces for handicapped people with a solid concrete underground and a solid path from the parking to the entree of the 'islands' would be very helpful.

Not your standard hotel. Its a lot of dobble houses placed in nature. The nature being wetlands close the ocean. So it full of small lakes and the walkways are wooden and passes 40 cm above the terrain. This gives the area a feel you dont get many other places. Its rather special to sit on the porch in the nature. The hotel is very new.

The area is being affected by the Femern Belt tunnel works. Its not anything that affects you in the room but you can see signs when looking towards the ocean. Cleaning standard could be a bit better

We absolutely loved the hotel and will definitely come back :) We have been with a small baby and a dog and rented a family house. The house had 2 bedrooms with double beds that were very comfortable, a living & dinning area, toilet with shower and kitchen. They gave us a baby crib as well on request. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was equipped with all that was needed, including a stove, a microwave, fridge, plates and cutlery, pots, etc. The facility is well equipped and clean; very quite in the area and we could sleep very good and uninterrupted. The breakfast was good and had a good variety of eggs, bacon, cheese, pastry, cereals, yogurt etc. The stuff is also very nice and friendly. As location - is situated approx 800 n from lalandia (we weee by car so I don’t know if there is a buss stop or not near by, but the hotel had a lot of bikes available that probably could have been used to go to lalandia)

The hotel, comprised of charming small cottages built over the dock area, provided a peaceful and spacious retreat for our family, ensuring privacy with separate rooms for teenagers and parents. Easily accessible walking areas allowed for convenient dog walks, and the excellent breakfast and close parking enhanced our overall experience. We were driving from Germany to Finland and this was very convenient stop quite close to the Puttgarten-Rödby ferry.

There was no hair dryer in the room, but we got it from the reseption. When we arrived there was a bit bad smell in the room like it would have been unoccupied for some time.

We liked the seperate houses. Everything is very new. The breakfast was good. The hotel is situated near the port of Rodby, which is very easy if you want to make the tranfer from or to Germany.

The receptionists were not very friendly/helpfull. Upon arrival our house wasn't cleaned well; so good luck that they gave us the opportunity to change to an other house. The houses ar very close to each other, not much privacy. Not every house has a good view.

I loved the layout of the entire place, like a resort. It was quiet, peaceful, extremely clean, great when travelling with a dog, the beds were super comfortable and I felt really, really welcome as we arrived and checked in. Extremely friendly staff and very fast with serving gluten free options at breakfast as soon as you asked. Thank you.

Our room or "house" was really too hot. When we arrived the thermometer said 26 degrees centigrade indoors and with the window open I could not get it any cooler than 25,4 before we went to bed. It was too hot to be comfortable. I also would have wished for better quality products during breakfast. It was definately not a bad breakfast, but with that much care taken with architecture, interior design, choosing staff and also the pricepoint the products served at breakfast could be slightly levelled up to match the rest.

Location was excellent as it was very close to the Rodby-Puttgarten ferry. A very unusual hotel with individual cabins on stilts to protect the wetland of the dyke. Each room had a private balcony which was not overlooked. There were kitchen facilities and a fridge in the room so you could make drinks and prepare you own food. Room was very comfortable and well organised. Plenty of free parking. Excellent breakfast. Food in the restaurant in the evening was good. Reception staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. A lovely outdoor swimming pool.

The service in the restaurant in the evening was very slow. We did mention this to reception as did everyone else who had been in the restaurant that night. They said there had been some issues around the number of people allowed into the restaurant that night. However although there were more people than usual in the restaurant apparently, the menu was not extensive and the service could have been quicker. If you want to eat in the restaurant you probably need to book when you check in.
