Our recent stay was nothing short of exceptional. We were pleasantly surprised when the hotel upgraded all four of our rooms upon learning that we were getting married on the island during our stay. This thoughtful gesture made our experience even more special. The ocean view rooms offered stunning views, especially at sunset, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Our suite was very spacious, featuring an additional living room, a second balcony, and a walk-in closet. It was the perfect setting for our wedding day's "first look." The staff at the reception were another highlight of our stay. They were always super nice and helpful, contributing significantly to our wonderful experience. The spa also stood out as a memorable part of our stay, providing a perfect retreat for relaxation. The hotel's location is ideal—close to the ferry station and just a few minutes' walk to Ronne center. We also appreciated the complimentary bikes available for guests, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. Overall, we had a perfect stay and would definitely recommend Griffen Spa Hotel to our friends. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making our wedding trip so memorable.

The hotel is the only hotel with a spa in the area, it's close to the ferry and restaurants and shops. The spa is nice in the hotel and the restaurant is ok. It is located in a place where you can enjoy the beautiful view, walk to downtown and walk to the beach harbor. they lend you a bike for free and they have great eggs for breakfast.

The rooms even though they are newly renovated, they are old. And the cleaning of the bathrooms and room wasn't at its top. The spa closes really early if you want to enjoy a hot dip after a long touristic day, you don't have time. The breakfast buffet is limited in selection if you are vegetarian or pescatarian. The hotel doesn't have room service and if you are hungry at night, the restaurant also closes!

We really liked that the room and bathroom were spacious. The breakfast was really good as well.

We really liked the hotel, but would have liked to know beforehand that if you book a room with sea view, you do get an amazing view, but between the hotel and the sea there is a large and busy road. So you cannot sleep with the window open.

Vicinity was good..we could reach places we wanted to go via foot.. Breakfast buffet very good, good variety and tasty. Room - sea view room very good..especially liked how it captured the afternoon sun.

Small point…wife booked a massage and was told it could be charged to the room…when she rocked up …guess what…I could not be!! So maybe better communication between desk and spa would be a good idea…

Good spa, excellent coffee, clean spacious rooms, nice location, amazing sea view, free bikes, and friendly/welcoming staff.

The breakfast and dinner was not as good as expected. It could be improved for the high price that they charge.

Friendly staff and a fabulous breakfast buffet were the highlights of our stay. We appreciated the location of the hotel which is both conveniently close to the town centre and offering sea views from both rooms and from the restaurant. We also made good use of the several areas for enjoying a drink while reading a book and watching the Baltic Sea.

The hotel is located conveniently, very close to the ferry terminal, walling distance from the city centre and has an amazing view. The restaurant offers a big variety for the breakfast buffet and has wonderful menu for dinner.

The bathroom in our room was not cleaned well enough: garbage bin, shelf, vanity mirror, tissue box, corners of the room were dusty and felt untouched for a while.

Breakfast was excellent with a very nice view. As we where there during a winter storm - it was limited what we could use it for Family enjoyed the SPA

Rooms are a bit run-down and quite basic. Generally a disappointment and not on par with the rest of the hote.

The spa was too crowded and old teenagers were allowed making noise and playing in the pool making it hard to relax

The location was great facing the sea, and within a walking distance to the town. And we enjoyed the spa.

There's no air ventilation system or air conditioning in the room. We felt too warm at night and had to open the door to the balcony
