The hotel is very big and located close to the center and 500 meters from Tivoli gardens. It is a congress hotel, so all the area of the entrance is built for conferences. There isn't a lobby. The rooms are great, super comfortable, high-class. Nice swimming pool, but to find it you need a map. Also, big parking and easy to find and enter the hotel.

Lounge - food variety should be richer. Front desk staff should be smiley and less grumpy

Hotel was clean and calm in a very nice location. Breakfast was just amazing - by far the best we had during our trip to Denmark! Our room was spacious for a family of four.

Hotel was probably trendy about ten years ago. It has, however, aged gracefully. Lack of gym was the only thing we can think of as a negative feedback.

We got a parking ticket which was taken care of by the hotel, to which we are very grateful!

We arrived late and got 2 rooms on seperate floors which is inacceptable with children (we booked rooms near each other.) Only after insisting and waiting for the manager we got rooms on the same floor.

The hotel location is brilliant, quiet area and only minutes walk from the centre. Parking was very easy and free! The hotel was very Danish, clean, uncluttered and straightforward. Several restaurants were adjacent to the hotel if you fancied a change and a supermarket just around the corner.

We didn't like the beds, they were small, low and not what we were use to. Room size was on the small size too but big enough.

The room overlooked the water and the walk way below. It had a ledge to put things on and a stool to look out. you could see what was happening in the area. The room was very clean and efficient. The bed was comfortable.

Didn't think the dinner would be what we wanted. A couple of other choices almost next door.

Nice place, not too far from the city center. Staff was friendly, and the room was huge. I really had a good time there. Quiet, good parking, decent bar menu that was affordable. Everything you would expect.

It was close to impossible, when coming from out of town to find my way to the hotel. The neighborhood has had quite a mess because of a high rise construction nearby (does not affect your stay at the hotel, once you find it, and it will probably be fixed soon. I was here in the week of Jan 11, 2022). No street signs (that I noticed) were directing me to the hotel. I stayed there in 2019, but still I had trouble finding the hotel this time. Restaurants nearby seems to have lost their cool, boring menus.

Nice location right by the river. 3 restaurants adjacent. Parking located at the front of if not 1 minute drive to the rear of the hotel. Great breakfast. Lovely staff. Clean rooms and it was quiet. Sorry walk into Silkeborg centre.

Breakfast was excellent (the salmon was just awesome). Small but nice rooms, very close to the center. The whole Papirfabrikken area is a nice example of recultivating an industrial area.

Bed was a little narrow.
