The Staff were amazing! They were so helpful and friendly; they made us feel so much at ease and made our stay! Although the restaurant's food was equally amazing, it was fresh and so tasty. I'm back home, dreaming of the main meal I was served. My husband is coeliac, and they were very accommodating; we couldn't have asked for better service. Our room was very clean and tidy, we didn't have the best view, but we were there mostly to sleep, and it was a very comfortable night's sleep. I hope to return here again! I would recommend it to everyone.

Everything was really great; I guess we would have loved a room with a better view, but again it's not essential at all; that's just being super picky, as I can't think of a bad thing to say.

Wonderful location with a public beach and field next door. The hotel accepts dogs! The view overlooking the water from the room’s balcony and restaurant were serene and restful. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. There is access of a path along the water so we could take a pleasurable walk with our dog.

Very, very little not to like. I would have like a lactose-free option for yoghurt and milk for my coffee, but that’s a nitpicking.

Staff was very friendly!

There was no curtain between shower and toilet! So the toilet was wet every time after using the shower! I was expecting fresh butter for breakfast in the hotel of this category and also hot milk! But butter was from small packages and this butter is always as plastic! It was cool already in the morning, so to have hot coffee with milk was impossible as coffee was just warm and milk was cold!

great view, a phantastic breakfast, we stayed in the new building (with seminar rooms) which was great with intersting architecture & style, rooms to garden/sea side were phantastic!!.. - and a very gentle & friendly staff to mention .. we highly enjoyed this hotel!

The breakfast was adequate. We would appreciate more cereal options and fruit. The staff were exceptional and made our stay very nice for us.

We paid a high price for a very small room with twin beds that were also very small

Location is great with a view to the sea. Quiet room. Spacious room.

The duvet was thick and heavy and not suitable for summer. A thin duvet for summer should be standard on a 4 star hotel.

Location was excellent, views were really nice. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Room was large, airy and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay.

Tiny bathroom, terrible shower with no door so water runs all over bathroom floor and soaks the toilet paper, minuscule sink, ridiculously thin toilet paper. Cups for coffee are paper, no glasses in bathroom (undoubtedly because there’s no space on the sink for them). stingy with soap, shampoo, etc.
