The staff was really helpful and accommodating. We arrived earlier than expected day of check in and staff was able to check in us earlier that day. The room service was great throughout the stay. The daily breakfast was also very good, some items that would run out the staff would make more as well. Would definitely stay here again! Hotel had security and was close to many restaurants, malls, botanical gardens, the center zona colonial and beach. We did not get to visit the beach this time but was close.

The only thing was that in the hotel menu some items weren’t available during our stay.

The hospitality of the staff was impeccable, their English is very good, the location (it's <20min walking to Agora Mall if you don't have a car), ease of ordering food (I used Uber Eats) and having it delivered, and the room was very spacious (perfect for those like me who workout while on vacation) and mostly clean. I like that you can sit outside to eat their (all you can eat) breakfast and they have a restaurant/bar on-site too. The staff took COVID-19 seriously by serving the food instead of letting people serve themselves, always wearing masks and having sanitizer available. The complementary shampoo, conditioner, and hair dryer were bonuses. Also, check out their souvenirs next to the front desk, they have nice items.

The walls were a little thin and I heard people across the hall having sex when I was in the hallway. The entire bathroom reminded me of Korean bathrooms with there being no separation between the shower and the rest of the bathroom, which made the entire bathroom floor get wet when I took a shower. They should at least warn their guests and provide shower shoes for this. The only thing that wasn't clean was the coffee machine. It smelled like old coffee, was sticky with some stains, and there were a couple of bugs near it. I also wish they had tea available instead of just coffee because not everyone likes coffee. Lastly, I ended up having to pay more money on-site than what Booking.com stated.

I loved the hotel in general, close to all good spots. but I wish you can upgrade the breakfast menu. We had an issue in the bathroom it wasn’t flushing at all, we called room service and in no time we got help, very cortious and professional did everything on his power to fix the problem and end up switching us to another room with no problem. Excelllent service. Room 306 on March 13th night. We were moved to room 106.

Everything was just right.

The breakfast is a GREAT touch. Not continental. It's a cooked, buffet style that they serve to you. Breakfast is simple but good. The Staff!! A+ for the staff. They helped me with everything I needed, from Covid test location, to where I could go shopping. Everyone treated me like I was their best guest ever! If I'm ever in Santa Domingo again, I'm definitely staying here!.

Only think I would have liked to have was a nice balcony and a view. My view was of some industrial buildings next door. But that didn't kill my experience.

The location is very centric. Is a very good option for business and staying the night in Santo Domingo. They served superb Dominican traditional breakfast and staff was very helpful. The checkout is at 1pm which is a huge differenciator in this market. It's an excellent option!

The breakfast was good.I liked the area,I felt safe .The hotel was situated in a location that was ideal for my business.I liked the friendly and courteous staffs especially Mr Omar he is a very pleasant person.Always helpful.

Cleaning of the room. Sometimes they would mop the room and sometimes they don't. Many times I had to asked them to empty my bins

Very comfortable bed.Very quiet room. Hotel has pleasant restaurant with outdoor seating.Good wifi. I get the impression it caters to business people.

It's in the middle of nowhere. Nowhere to walk to. Long cab ride to Colonial Area.No restaurants nearby.

I have visited this hotel many times, because the quality is good compared to the room rate. The room is spacious although the bathroom is a bit small. The beds are comfortable. The room was very quiet. The service of the staff is always great.

Nothing that bothers.

Food is overpriced for the amount they give also when I booked it Stated 103 dollars wich makes 5,629 pesos but they charged more because their exchange rate they make it more than what is in the streets.

Excellent Customer Service and services overall were great.
