It's evident that your housekeeping team takes great pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort. Staff: I am always impressed by the helpful and welcoming nature of your staff. From the front desk to the housekeeping team, everyone consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a positive guest experience. Optimal City Location: The hotel's location is truly optimal. Everything I need is close by, and the fact that the area feels safe adds to the overall appeal. It's a key reason I choose your hotel for my stays in the city.

While my stay was overall enjoyable, there were a couple of aspects I wanted to highlight: Noise on Lower Floors: On Friday nights, if you are on the lower floors, you might hear a bit of noise. However, it's worth noting that the lively atmosphere created a good vibe overall. Swimming Pool Experience: This time around, I observed that the swimming pool had a slightly unusual taste. It's possible that there was a change in the cleaning product used, and I wanted to bring it to your attention. Areas for Improvement:

I couldn't find anything to dislike about my experience at Hotel Memling. Every aspect, from the pool to the staff's exceptional service, and even the thoughtful early breakfast box, exceeded my expectations. It was a truly flawless stay.

Memling is a great hotel with a friendly staff who can manage a bit of English. Their protocol for airport transfers worked well. Rooms are spacious but not much of vegetarian options in the hotel. The staff helped me with Taxis to various tourist spots and it was a fab trip

Have been staying here whenever I am in Kinshasa for business. My stay has always been enjoyable and since last some of the rooms have been renovated making my stay more pleasant.

The poolside menu remains the same.

The rooms were good and the staff at reception were very helpful.

The food ordered at the poolside took a long time. In addition, the smoking at the poolside can be quite too much.

The location is good with ATM Machines and friendly staff. The rooms are clean and breakfast is super! Also the hotel is very helpful when you need their service within and outside the hotel.

The hotel take time to check in you into the room if you do not pay before or on arrival your room expenses.

Very large rooms with comfortable beds and fresh bottled water daily. Excellent facilities and helpful staff.
