The staff were very accommodating and helpful. The 4th floor dining and seating area has a wonderful view of the port and a great breeze if you wish to cool down. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable, and the location is quiet but close to the pier and all the shops and restaurants.

The pool was rather warm when we stayed so not as refreshing as it could have been.

Very friendly and helpful staff, great location, nice breakfast, very relaxing atmosphere and didn’t feel crowded around communal areas as not many rooms. Huge comfortable beds! Great air con and WiFi.

Happy hour at pool bar could change the drinks selection daily. Tea and coffee facilities in the room would be nice.

The staff was absolutely amazing - not just responsive to our needs but anticipated them! Breakfast was amazing with a full buffet plus special orders. Our room was modern and spacious and was immaculately clean. The location was perfect for us as it was very close to the pier which was convenient for all of the excursions and ferries. We appreciated the complimentary use of bicycles which was perfect for exploring Puerto Ayora

That we had to leave and couldn’t bring this caliber of stay to San Christobal!

The included breakfast was great quality and always a great start to the day. My favorite was the bike availability for us to use. we used the bikes everyday and definitely saved us a lot of walking or having to pay for taxi.

The location is great and the staff was AMAZING!!! They were very accommodating and spoke very good english. They had bikes for day use which was so nice, and we used it as our primary mode of transport during our stay. The bed was two queen beds put together- AWESOME and the room was really roomy and comfortable. We loved this place, albeit seems a bit overpriced- we paid about $1000 for a 3 night stay. The pool was superb and we enjoyed the location! We love the restaurant view and that this place is a eco resort. The rooms were super clean as well! Would return.

The bathroom does not have a door, so using the commode with other people in the room is weird. The price was a little high. It was noisy- but given its location, was expected.

Great location. Great service from the front desk, answering all of our questions and helping guide us to set up excursions, find restaurants, etc... Breakfast service was good, but we would have preferred more hot choices. (eggs were very well prepared). Clean water was very easy to acquire, refill.

The price struck us as a little high once our full Galapagos trip was completed. But, the quality of service, and the room were more than acceptable. Very friendly, helpful staff. We enjoyed our time at Ikala.

The location is great. It is very near the pier and many restaurants are nearby. The hotel also has a restaurant that is good. The breakfast was very good with many choices in addition to being able to order eggs prepared to order. The facility is very nice.

The only comment I have is that there are no elevators and the breakfast area is on the 3rd floor (4th USA). Otherwise, this hotel is very nice.

Everything about the hotel was good. We received excellent service all around. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The food was good and the pool was nice. Bicycles were available for use. Also, a great location!

After staying a week and spending quite a bit, being charged $10 to hold our bags for a few hours after checking out felt a little petty.

Super friendly staff always making sure we had everything what we needed. Exceptional service, extremely convenient location, super clean and well-organized facilities. We will definitely recommend that place to all our friends and family and we will be back 😊

Absolutely nothing

We stayed for one night, before going on a several days boat trip. Rooms were, the staff and service was great. Price was also fair.
