Hidden Gem! Liked the hospitable yet boutique experience. It actually added to the enchanting experience in San Cristobal, Galapogos. The roof top views to watch the sunset & sunrise are remarkable Very nice location - quick walk to the port. Very close to the airport. I took a 5 min cab ride from the airport on arrival to Galapogos. Once realized the proximity, walked thereafter for excursions. Accommodations are in the center of attraction. The 3 blocks distance made it easy for evening strolls. Could always find my way back following the hotel marque The restaurant on site was scrumptious for dinner and appreciate the chefs efforts in customizing menu selections for this picky eater. Staff are attentive and hospitable.. the wifi and refrigerator made it easier. They offered to go breakfasts for those early morning tours. This goes above and beyond - Really appreciate the team retrieving my dress from the seamstress before checking out. Thank you

Hotel had a very nice vibe, quaint, simple, and clean. Staff were super nice. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Staff was very responsive. Air conditioning broke down in one of our rooms, staff response was immediate and when the electrician couldn't immediately fix it, they moved us to another room where AC worked great.

Construction right next door to the property have two large dogs that bark through the night. Ear plugs and melatonin got the job done.

The breakfast in the morning was good. The onsite restaurant had excellent seafood and shrimp. The location of the restaurant was close to everything and not too far of a walk to Playa Mann. I liked how the hotel staff helped bring my babies' double stroller up and down the stairs as well as our luggage up and down the stairs when we arrived and when we left. The staff was very friendly and I like how the on-site restaurant workers would bring our food to our room without an extra charge. This was very helpful with small children. Our room was very nice and had much space.

The only problem was that the WiFi was not good in the hotel. I couldn't use it. I had to find a nearby restaurant to use their WiFi. This was difficult because I like to read online before I go to sleep every night and it was impossible to do this.

Room and bathroom were generous sizes, easy walk to the main pier and everything in the town, drinking water and hot water/ tea coffee facilities provided and small supermarket just across the road

Nothing, great value for the price. Would recommend sleeping with your windows shut though, neighbouring properties started playing music very loud at 4.20am

The hotel was booked after another hotel I had booked had an issue and I left. I was really happy to find it and stay there. The room was actually a family room. 4 beds in one room. It was very clean and very close to the water, the pier and everything. It's a perfect location to everything you will need. Airport, shops, restaurants, agencies for tours. It's perfect. It's inexpensive and has everything anyone needs. Highly recommend it.

Stayed there one night after some troubles with another hotel. Great staff, super accommodative, and location is very nice and walkable. Rooms are as described, clean and tidy. Amazing value for money and I'm grateful for this last-minute accommodation. Wish all hotels were like this one.

Everything. From friendly staff to clean comfortable rooms, to a good breakfast--- though with many people there doing day tours which leave really early, an 8 am to 10 am breakfast time is a bit late.

Spacious Room, comfortable beds, safe in room, small fridge in room. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The breakfast was in the restaurant adjacent to the hotel. The breakfast was good. You are only a few blocks from the Santa Crystobal downtown area. I would recommend staying at this hotel!

The hotel was great, ir was located very close to the pier, the breakfast was super good and when we had to travel to another island and we had pur breakfast payed for everyday they pack a box meal for your trip on boat pr plane to another island. Of you come from the continent you can bring your water milk, yogurt or anything you like because the rooms have small refrigerators. And every room has a built In safe no cost for your valued items

Very nice place, excellent price for what you get. Rooms are fair, comfortable. Not luxurious, but clean, spacious, air conditioning working. Friendly Staff.

The windows should have a curtain. Not every one had a curtain. Bad when the morning comes.
