The Hotel is very clean with very friendly staff. I stayed with my family including two toodlers and out stay was very good. Breakfast had variety but not the typical European buffet but we loved it. We particularly appreciated the airpot shuttle since we were travelling a lot of luggage. The room we had was very spacious with two queen size beds. for the price we paid and the services we got, we were satisfied.

We weren't presented with which facilities we could use for free but we were there for one night so it didn't really matter to us.

I booked a superior room and inside wthwre was not beauty kit and slepers. I went to the reception and ask for it to take a shower and they told me it was not possible to give it to me. I didn’t want to question because it s a 5 stars hotel so, for law, this is the minimum kit you have to found in your room. But ok I was late. For sure I will note it for my next stop in this chain. I really hate where superior hotel deny what they have to give to guest. I ask for a tampon and it was 18 dollars 🤣 ok they work very well 😂😂

The place is very well maintained and the staff is friendly / helpful. The room was very comfortable, ample and clean. We didn't use any of the facilities because we were there for a very short time but there was a nice bar area, pool, gym, etc. Everything looked spotless.

Breakfast was good, not great. Had decent variety but not everything was tasty. The location is great if you NEED to be close to the airport. However, keep in mind that there's not much else to do there. I only had one meeting in Quito Airport so I think it would have been better FOR ME to stay in Cumbayá or Puembo to be close to restaurants.

What impressed me was that the moment we stepped out of the doors of the airport there was a holiday Inn Staff waiting for us with our names on the card. Then we were whisked to the hotel with zero delay and zero work in our part as the staff both of them helped with the luggage. So from the moment we came out of the gate until we were in our room we didn’t have to touch our luggage. Super friendly in a super modern building. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was good, as was the room service which was great after a very long flight and stress of no baggage arriving. Huge bonus to have a shuttle to meet me as I do not speak Spanish and again on leaving in the morning, that was really nice touch. I also forgot my charging lead and the hotel were so helpful and gave me basic toiletries as I had no luggage arrive all the way from Middle England to London, to Madrid to Quito so good to have friendly faces

All of it was great no negative comments, thank you especially from my son who I arranged it for.

Price is way too high Room service was terrible we order a chicken sandwich they said it would be 40 minutes. After 2 hours and 3 phone calls they said we could not cancel the order. We had to call the front desk to cancel Guayaquil is a much better option if you are traveling domestic

Location was good. One of the nicest and cleanest hotels I have stayed in. Staff were wonderful and always helpful. Loved having the restaurant in the hotel and especially the room service. Even the room service/restaurant staff would go the extra mile to ensure all was good. Each department has an excellent staff. I hope that the owner/manager(s) realize the professionalism and all go above and beyond including the shuttle drivers. Excellent stay; wish you were here in Nashville!

It was perfect. Can't think of anything that was at all negative. The super detail to cleanliness and housekeeping also need a shout up. Wish I was still there.

The location is close to the airport which we needed and they provided a free shuttle to reach it in the morning. Check in was smooth and they were helpful in drying a bag of our very wet clothing for us. The room was comfortable and spacious enough to spread out our belonging to repack everything for travel the next day. The breakfast spread was large and very nice looking though we couldn't enjoy it too much given how early we had to leave, though we appreciated that it opened at 6am allowing us a bit of time to grab a bite.

We ate dinner in the restaurant downstairs and the food was priced as you would expect in an American style hotel but it wasn't the best quality, service was mediocre and we felt a little queasy afterward - perhaps because most of the choices were quite heavy. The hotel is expensive by Ecuadorian standards.

After a long intercontinental flight we were greeted on arrival by the shuttle driver with a sign with our name on it. We stayed for one night and were happy to use the swimming pool and jacuzzi. The diner was good, the breakfast with waffles baked on demand was excellent. Very friendly staff, a great way to start our Ecuadorian adventure!

This is BY FAR the BEST Holiday Inn I've stayed at anywhere in the world! It's more of Hyatt Regency type quality. We were met upon arrival at Quito airport by Holiday Inn holding a sign with our name. That worked wonderfully well. The food was great, everyone was super friendly, and the location is perfect and convenient to the airport. I would definitely stay here again!
