Every single staff member was very helpful and attentive from start to finish. I had an early departure for a tour and they arranged an early breakfast for that day. The wifi was fast and reliable, and the beds were super comfortable.

Although it's not the fault of the hotel, the neighborhood (La Mariscal) wasn't exactly what I expected. I read that it was popular for tourists and full of nightlife, but that ended up being a lot of budget backpacker hostels/pubs and mediocre restaurants. The restaurant options are much better in the adjacent neighborhoods (La Floresta and La Carolina). It was still a convenient location for exploring the city, though.

The personnel is the highlight of this hotel. Very courteous, helpful, accommodating. Make fantastic breakfast on order, fruits always fresh, eggs in many ways, very tasty. The location is ok. Midway between Carolina park and old town, walking distance to the bar touristy square (forgot the name). On a small street, ample parking space if you drive. Lovely terrace. They offer hot bottles for the night to keep you warm (for colder nights is very welcom). A nice touch.

The only thing we were surprised is that the junior suite is actually just a simple room, no separate sleeping room and sitting room. It's just a room with a double bed and a sofa, serving as a spare. I got a very different impression from the room description. It was lovely but a bit tight for a family. So if you plan to book a junior suite, be advised to rather book two doubles. But otherwise all lovely, clean, overall a very positive stay.

The staff are exceptionally friendly and available to answer questions and accommodate your schedule with breakfast service and calling taxis on your behalf. Our room was very clean and the bed the very comfortable. The side street is quiet and close to a quiet part of a main street that leads to the artisanal market and Plaza Foch (a center for dance clubs and Friday and Saturday night revelry). Aside from Friday and Saturday, the neighborhood seems pretty quiet at night.

If you are a very light sleeper, note there are some dogs in the neighborhood (not strays) that might bark occasionally. One dog lives next door to hotel and barks at passersby from behind a solid fence...it might startle you when you pass, but is harmless.

Lovely comfortable room, big shower with hot water, daily cleaning. Very central and walking distance to many many restaurants/cafes/bars in the area. Also walking distance to the Artisenal Handicrafts Market. The staff were amazing & friendly, organised our taxi pickup from airport which went nice & smooth! Breakfast was really good & big. On a cooler night in Quito the staff brought up hot water bottles to our room! We found the room warm and the bedding warm, without anything extra. WiFi was great and reached our room on the top floor. Very comfortable stay, would definitely stay again! TERRA PREMIUM is more like a hotel than a hostal.

If you choose the Mariscal area ,it is one of your best option ,in my opinion. It is like visiting relatives , who you don’t know for the first time and they are opening their house to you. It is a medium sized quest house , with character and you get this hospitable feeling which you can’t get from the bigger hotels or hotel brands . The breakfast is really nice and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The property is in a central location and close to the pick-up/drop-off point for our transportation to Cuyabeno. Our room and bathroom were a good size and we also benefited from a large balcony. The staff was very helpful and even surprised us with a free dessert and a hot water bottle during our stay. They also offered a packed breakfast when we had to leave for our tour. Luggage storage is also available on request.

It is more of a hotel than a hostel. The rooms including the bed and the shower are very nice. The breakfast is good. The staff was extraordinarily friendly, especially Fernando who made a breakfast early in the morning before we had to leave for our flight possible.

The neighborhood is very lively and, therefore, comparatively safe. On the downside, it is quite loud at night. There is usually music and some barking dogs .

The stay was fantastic! The hosts are awesome and caring very much - the breakfast was great with a fresh juice, fruit salad, scrambled eggs and a sandwich. The hosts also prepared breakfast to go when we went to Banos and to the airport early morning next day. One evening the host even made us a hot chocolate which was delicious. The host also took as to the airport for 25 dollars which is the same as official taxis and it is easier to go with them.

Clean, cute hotel with super friendly and kind staff. Large breakfast included. The staff at the front desk was so sweet and brought us cookies and hot water bottles before bed, as well as organized dependable rides to and from the airport.

It was totally fine as we were barely in the room but it was quite small and noisy area at night, but they provided ear plugs which did the trick

Loved so many things here. Beautiful building with a lovely terrace, great location, near to the nightlife, but on a quiet street. Great breakfast with super-fast service. Lots of nice touches like hot water bottles delivered nightly to the rooms. Fast Wi-Fi, hot shower with good water pressure. Very good value for money all things considered.
