The absolutely best thing of the hotel is the spa area! It is amazing! They have a circuit of water, with different thermal pools and the place looks beautiful! The photos make no justice to this place! When you book the hotel you have access to this area. Breakfast was very nice with many breadbuns, eggs, and natural juice, very delicious. The beds are comfortable and the rooms where quiet :). Everything is impecable and the location is good. The “party street” is only 10 min by foot away, you can find there drinks and food. Attention was great.
At breakfast there were no alternatives to milk, two persons in our group are allergic to milk so we didn’t have any soy or almond milk or anything similar… also there was no possibility of making a tea or a coffee at the room. For this price category I would expect this to be standard in the rooms…

Its a big hotel with comfortable rooms and great pools to enjoy.
They charged me for the hotel stay the day I arrived and I did not want to be charged to the card I used for the reservation. Whenever I stay at a hotel I get to choose how I pay the day I check out. I was charged $30 for an additional guest when I was already paying for a double room. I understand there are policies for extra guests but $30 seems quite high for what I was already paying and for the type of hotel which is a 3 star hotel.
