Lovely outdoor spaces; pool, library, yoga area, outdoor dining room and communal kitchen where we ate most of our meals because the view was great. Wonderful staff. The food was delicious. The chocolate massage was a highlight and a must-do for a truly unique and relaxing experience.

Hot tub was not working. The bed was very hard. There were only a few guest when we were there and two of our three nights they assigned the room right above us and there is very little sound proofing. There seemed to be many more options in such as it was so quiet.

The location in the middle of the jungle. The staff was sweet and very friendly. They were always ready to help The alcoholic drinks and food were fairly priced. They also had snacks and paletas in case you got hungry in between meals. The price was excellent for such delicious paletas. We got cleaning of the room every day. We didn't need it but it was nice to have it.

The limited menu. It's ok for 2 days or so then it becomes repetitive. But the food is delicious!

Super cool place in the jungle. Very quiet. The houses have nets to keep the bugs out, but some bugs can get it. The staff got one big one out for use, very friendly. When the lights went out due to the power issues of the country, they had lights on battery and candles, very helpful.

The water smells like sulfur. It's not dirty or anything but the smell is not so nice. Also the lights went out, but that is due to the government and not the place.

Greenery all around, library, living room, swimming pool and jaccuzi

The room is not air proof so the insect can get in. For this reason, I was missing mosquito net around the bed. Also if you have one of two rooms right next to the swimming pool, water fountains are on until 23:00 and are loud. O stayed 2 nights onlyy On my first evening, the water in jaccuzy was perfect, however on the other evening, there was only half the amount and wasn't that warm.

The best part was the staffs efforts to make our stay so comfortable, Dllilia, Judy, Darwin, Chino,joshway,Jessie all were amazing. The food prepared daily was sooo good . Excellent breakfast, hats off to the chef. The cleaning staff for rooms was supperb, rooms very clean.

Not much to complain about, in a jungle atmosphere it was very comfy would not hesitate recommending the Selina Tena Amazonia .

Beautifull grounds, cabins set in a virgin jungle setting. The small hike from the entrance give it a special touch and the gorgeous pool a resort like setting. The cabin was spacious en well decorated

The restaurant is overpriced and has a limited menu, five dollars for a club personal is more a 5 star hotel price. The included a la carte breakfast is a nice touch, but they take to long in taking the order, bring the plates and then still mess up the dish. A grumpy start of the day and over 1h to have breakfast is just to long. Sadly similar experiences for lunch n dinner. The staff overall is kind and helpful but some ( apparent interns) are lost in basic service and what one might need, and act so slowly. The general WhatsApp group with staff n guest is a nice touch, though I recommend that it's used also to comunicate timely the days Hostal activities. Parking lot is cramped and a little help with the luggage on the short jungle trail entrance would have been appreciated.

Great location in the middle of the jungle, but easy to get there by car. The hotel is very nice and rooms are comfortable.

Internet was a little bit slow when a lot of people are connected to the same network.

Right by the river where you can swim and in the middle of the rainforest a garden full of flowers and birds. We had a very cosy room on the top floor with a balcony. Many thanks to Yudy at the reception and Darwin at the bar for their impeccable service.

One day a package tour arrived with 30 pensioners, that was not particularly exciting.

It was beautiful, clean, and well-maintained with lots of amenities. The staff was awesome and extremely helpful.

The only tiny thing is that the beautiful library had lots of books but not a deck of cards (we had forgotten ours). otherwise we absolutely loved every other aspect of the place!!

The staff was very kind, the breakfast was great, the view is wonderful and the feeling of being inside the jungle

The common kitchen doesnt have enough utilities to be able to cook, the jacuzzi wasnt working.
