They have access to multiple beach options and the location was close to many services and restaurants

I think the rooms need a little upgrade in the furniture and sometimes room service took longer than usual

We had an amazing stay at Golden Ocean. The suite was very clean and since the moment we arrived we were taken care of. We were given a delicious lemonade upon arrival. Then we were taken around to choose the suite we wanted (based on view). Breakfast was very good, served hot and taken to our suite. Ahmed the front desk staff was very kind and helpful; he took very well care of us and made sure we were happy and comfortable. We had a little inconvenience during our stay but Ahmed brought us to the general manager Hassan. Mr. Hassan was amazing to speak with. He resolved the inconvenience and provided excellent service. He even gave us his personal number and asked us to call him anytime (stated he is available 24hr) if we faced any inconvenience again. He made sure that we were happy and even sent us a delicious fruit tray after we came back from the beach. We originally booked through booking but in the end thanks to the great service we received we decided to extend our stay. All the people we encountered were great from the people taking out luggage and cleaning our room to the general manager Mr. Hassan. I would truly recommend anyone to book the lake suite ☺️ and enjoy access to the lake and the outdoor jacuzzi.

Best experience , lake suit was amazing.. it was clean & cosy, we can directly get in the lake using stairs from the balcony.. jacuzzi overlooking the lake was great.. the beach only 2 minutes walk & the beach was very beautiful and clean but needs more services.. Breakfast was tasty & fresh.

Stairs to lake need to be fixed. Beach area & services on beach could be better. Booking charged us in us currency not EGP so it is better to reserve directly with hotel.

Thanks golden ocean for the great hospitality, especially Mr Ahmed the manager, he was very nice and made sure we have the best experience. Also Mr Ahmed Abdullah at the reception, he was very helpful and quickly solved any problems. The royal sweet was terrific and made us feel at the Maldives. Every thing was great. Thanks a lot.

The view was exceptional Room service was very fast, and responding all the time Ladies beach was very nice, a lot of fun and privacy The hotel location is very good

The rooms need to be renovated Breakfast was set menu (few varieties) There was a conflict about the beach towels..the hotel told me that i would get mine on the beach..then at the beach they told me no towels here..you should have gotten them from the hotel !!!

The hotel is underrated, our stay was very nice, the suite and lagoon, beach were great, special thanks to Mr. Ahmed Saad the hotel manager for taking care for our check in personally and his friendly attitude, upgrading us to deluxe suite, the breakfast was delicious.

Cold Karkade upon arrival and the staff were very prompt when responding to requests. The service was fantastic, the view from the terrace or room at night is great. Spacious rooms. lookout for swimming fishes in the lake.

Breakfast is too basic for the price point and the advertised name online is different to the physical name when you arrive ‘Ocean Blue’; this is confusing.

Everything was very nice the view was more than beautiful like a paradise amazing we love it so much but I was hopefully be able to come again and the stuff very helpfully and smell these great stuff but the tolls was very poor everything like towels and napkins and furniture and it mast have Tv in ache Rome not only the master room everything was good for chalet not royal room except the view and the swimming pool and how come you don’t have safety stuff for emergency it’s necessary for your hotel please not only for me but only for you all the flouting hotels must have emergency service for guests in the end I love the hotel and I wandered to see it on off the kind wish you all the best
