The staff were really nice and the receptionist her name is Neveen was super nice and the coffee shop. It was easy to checkin and everyone was helpful.

There was no kettle in the room and no slippers as well. The AC was functional but too loud and the toilet would use some renovation.

The new renovations of the rooms were good. Beds were clean & comfortable. Mostafa @the reception was very helpful & quick.. Stuff were nice & smiley Overall it was good.

They don't have kettles in the room!! The doors don't have easy door hinges to less the very lood noise of your neighbours shutting down their doors all the time same to the elevator's door!! Walls aren't isolated enough to avoid noise specially the hotel's neighbours when they turn on loud music all night!! Check out was 12:00pm the lady @ the reception kept calling us in the room since 9:30/10:00 am!! Same for the cleaning service!!

staff was helpful and clean

one of the staff members wasn’t too helpful. we asked me to guide us to buy a phone charger and he didn’t help us. also one of the security just helped us with our bags and we tipped a pretty good amount and he got upset because I guess he wanted more money. It would be appreciated if the staff members could give better customer service. Also they tried to sell me a tour for so much money and when I went in person they were trying to charge me like 5 times more than the price.

The hotel is located on a main street close to a mini market, pharmacy and a bank. The facilities are great, the staff are exceptional, polite and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and the wifi was fast.

You also will find most of the transportation kinds are available and near to you. - Room area was good and the electricity, sewage, shower, toilet, water, heater, lights, TV, and satellite channels worked well. - The beds size and the pillows were comfortable. - The mattress weren't soft, they were standard and healthy. - Hot water was available. - The hotel is clean.

The Quality of this hotel in terms of furniture, room size, the level of comfort is very good. I feel really happy when I have a chance to stay here. The stuff is very friendly and very professional, I always get service with kind regards and respect. The value for money is fantastic I don't think that you may find better hotel in same are even with more expensive cost. Over all this is family oriented traditional classic hotel with very good service and high quality. The food also is good
