The hotel was great and we had a great time there. Reception staff were very help as were the rest of the hotel team and I felt most welcome. The cleaning team were very good. I enjoyed the breakfasts and must call out the chef who made me great Spanish omlettes ( 5 star). In fact the whole breakfast team were great. We had a room with a Nile View which was very panoramic and if you can afford the Nile View it is well worth it.

Few minor grumbles but we need to put this in persepctive with a great stay. On the first evening we arrived there was an Iftar (Ramadam) celebration going on by the swiming pool and we were told we couldnt order any food for at 45 minutes. When youve just flown 3,500 km and are tired its not great news. A couple of afternoons we were asked to leave the pool at 4pm because of evening events which didnt ruin the afternoon but it would have been nice to leave when I wanted not because an event for external guests was being arranged. If these two grumbles hadnt occured it would have been a good 9/10

The hotel offers a very nice pool terrace (with Solis Bar), the sports bar, the coffee bar in the lobby and the restaurant, where you can eat, have a drink or just relax. The staff were always very friendly. The room was very large and comfortable. Housekeeping did a great job. Overall, the hotel offers very good comfort.

In the room itself, many things seem a bit worn out. Overall, it is very noisy in the rooms, you can hear the noises from the corridor or from the rooms next door very well, which is sometimes annoying. The staff are always quite pushy to get good Trip Advisor reviews - they will stand next to you and want to see exactly how you rate. Pretty sure they are incentivized based on the reviews. I found this unpleasant and annoying.

No breakfast included in the very expensive price I booked a double bed but got two singles Booking sais there was a minibar, bot no minibar

Receptionist and stuff were really friendly and helpful!!!! (except one guy) Also hotel and the room super clean! Receptionist were really welcoming and willing to help anytime which made my stayed really nice!

I believe one of the guy who work in the back office wasn’t friendly at all. (no smile what’s so ever) He bought me some medicine because I was having bad stomachache and when he brought in my room, he was rude and scared that I wasn’t going to pay him. although I was feeling sick, he made me go down and get the money from ATM and pay him as soon as possible. I wouldn’t feel offended if he was nice when he ask but he was rude so it made me feel annoyed.

Choice of different restaurants and bars with a good selection of foods on the menu

I had booked a king bed but was given two single beds instead. I should have been told at reception about the change instead I had to complain and wait a couple of hours till my room could be changed.

The staff were super warm, friendly, and accommodating. super fast service for anything we asked for. the view from the room is magical, the pool area is super relaxing and refreshing, and the modern style adds an edge to the stay. we were very comfortable and enjoyed our stay

within the hotel everything is awesome including the restaurants and cafes, but the outside neighborhood was not the best, not easy to cross the street

The staff are so helpful. Check-in so easy. On my departure I requested a late check-out and no problems. I have tried airbnb in Maadi but from now on I will always stay at this hotel. The best place to stay in Maadi and, for me, the best place to stay in Cairo. Thank you to all the wonderful staff

There is nothing to dislike

Good location, staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel was very clean. Room was a good size for a small family and had all the facilities one would require. There were other facilities such as a swimming pool, bars and casino that I didn't use but were available on site. Overall would recommend staying here.

Nothing everything met my expectations.

Our room had a view of the pyramids and blocked out most noise.of the road noise. The on-site restaurant was very good - we ate there twice - and staff very friendly.

The price of the room seemed a little high and we could not find local restaurants nearby. There is, however, a very good supermarket almost next door.

I liked the location and the very friendly staff, the room had a good size, great view of Nile river from the balcony. Daily Cleaning of the room, the bed was comfortable. A special thanks to Hussain and Mustafa at the reception for their kindness. I will Come again for sure.
