This a great hotel with amazing team all staff we’re kind with exceptional services from reception staff like Mr Hani, Mr. Mohamed Adel, Mr. Mohamed Kamel, kitchen chiefs as like Samah & others, housekeeper’s, bar captains at the beach, beach safeguards and the animation team Nawal & Mido. The location is perfect with attractive view, clean rooms, foods were tasty with diverse plates Would definitely recommend this hotel and enjoy your vacation😊

Well I didn’t like the internal trip office called ‘Safari’ especially Mr Ibrahim and May there were no professionalism in communication nor transparency which their prices are double and more a bit than the other internal travel agencies as there is no private tour as we thought and we were accompanied by other people from the others tour agencies with a lower trip costs. We complained about with what we get through they gave us back a peanuts after the interference from the hotel end. Thus, I won’t to go with them anymore.

The room could've been cleaner. It also wasn't properly cleaned even once during our 3 nights stay. Dinner was also not that good. Also, not necessarily their fault, but the tour operator that works with the hotel (they have a small cabin in the hotel's beach) were very bad, and promised us many things that didn't happen even though we paid extra for them. I would expect a 5-star hotel to work with respectable tour operators, because the only reason we chose the operator was the fact that they work with the hotel.

The hotel was clean and well maintained, as was the beautiful garden in which it is located. The room was spacious and well equipped. The staff were helpful, friendly and professional, especially the service in the restaurant was of a high standard. The beach was pleasant, except for occasional noisy groups of other guests, and the sea absolutely great. Overall the place looked very well run.

Music from the restaurant in the morning during breakfast, which started at 7am. I was hoping for as much quiet and long sleep as possible during my vacation - both are a luxury for me in the rest of the year. The music woke me up a few times. The food for dinner could have been more varied on some days.

This is definitely the place to stay at Dahab, the rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable, the beach is very nice and clean, the food was really good and had a lot of varieties every morning and night, it made our stay very comfortable,

Our stay at Safir Dahab Resort was nothing short of exceptional, and I can confidently say this is one of the best resorts we’ve ever visited. From the moment we arrived, the staff’s warmth and professionalism stood out. A special thanks to the incredible reception team Basma, Nasma, and Mr. Hosam for their hospitality and always being so helpful and attentive. The resort itself is stunningly spacious, with a beautiful beachfront and even a dive center. The layout is thoughtfully designed, allowing for easy navigation and access to everything, even with a baby cart. Having a 10 month old, we greatly appreciated the family-friendly atmosphere and the seamless convenience throughout our stay. Dining Excellence We are quite particular about food, and Safir exceeded our expectations! Chef Samy Mady deserves immense credit for curating a diverse and delicious selection of dishes everything from fresh salads to succulent meats and fish. It was simply perfect. A special mention to Chef Fawzi for his delightful dessert creations, particularly the Eastern desserts, which were a highlight of our meals. Exceptional Services The Toktok service added a unique touch to our stay. Mr. Mahmoud, Mr. Abd Alrazak, and Mr. Ahmad were incredibly respectful and patient, making our movements around the resort hassle-free. Their dedication to guest comfort is truly commendable. The trips team, Mr. Ahmad and Nola, went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. We reserved a private yacht trip, and the convenience of being picked up and dropped off directly from the resort’s beach was amazing. It was a seamless and luxurious experience we’ll never forget. Cleanliness and Activities The cleanliness of the resort is impeccable. Everything was spotless, shiny, and well-maintained, which enhanced our overall experience. For families, the resort offers fantastic animation activities for kids, and the staff’s kindness and care toward children were heartwarming.

it was out first time in Dahab and I have to say it's not the last time. We booked Safir resort based on their amazing reviews on booking. I have to say they exceeded our expectations. The staff wee very friendly and professional. They always made sure that their guests are satisfied. The resort itself is so clean so as the rooms. The food was great as they had a great selection of Egyptian and non Egyptian food. The beach was just incredible and the staff who serve you at the beach are so professional and friendly. Overall it was an amazing experience and would definitely recommend them to everyone. Thank you for making our stay smooth and memorable.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel! The location is unbeatable, right beside the sea with perfect views that make every moment feel special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and memorable experience—so friendly and attentive! The rooms are spacious, well-kept, and offer everything you need for a relaxing stay. The pool is stunning, a perfect spot to unwind and take in the surroundings. Overall, everything was fantastic, and I can’t wait to come back!

It would be good to have a bit more attention to the cleanliness of the rooms, the food can be better

The hotel is clean, well looked after and there were great staff! Bed and shower were both great which I think is the most important part of any room! They also felt very private, there were no noise from other guests, the hotel or road. Bottled water was delivered to the room each day for no extra charge which was lovely! There is a pool and beach both with plenty of sunbeds. We never had to get up early to secure one but got up as we pleased and always had a water front sun bed. There was a beach bar with food and drink service to the sunbed meaning you only had to get up to order! We only paid for breakfast so cannot comment on the evening meals but at breakfast there was plenty of choice, fresh juices, omelettes and pastries. There is plenty of options for dinner in the town centre which is a short taxi ride away, which also cost about £1.20 each way and the dinners in town are suitable for the most fussy of eaters. The hotel was beautiful and the staff were fantastic, in particular a gentleman called Mohammed who worked at the beach bar(head bar tender), he learnt my partners cocktail order and made us feel very well looked after. We do plan to return to the hotel it was quiet, clean and felt luxurious for a cheaper price than most other European Hotels. I highly recommend this hotel, the staff were very attentive and if you and your partner enjoy different types of holidays, one can relax on the beach and the other can take part in water sports at the centres dotted along the beach. We both had a fantastic time and were very sad to leave.

On arrival the first room we had had no working electricity or air con. The staff did fix this and put us in a new room. Also we paid to upgrade to a garden view but didn't get this at all.
