Just the loveliest place! I don't think there's anywhere else in Dahab that can match the overall experience, quality of service, facilities, and excellent value that you will find at Bedouin Moon. I stayed here numerous times while in Egypt and I was always so happy to return -- always warmly welcomed and so well cared for by the wonderful staff, whose generosity, gracious service, and professionalism ensures all guests feel the same, while still allowing for space and privacy. Perfect location for Dahab with spectacular views: beachfront, but also directly in front of stunning mountains, with an easy path to the top for sunrise/sunset. The walk into town can be done by beach or road, easy and safe, even alone at night --about 15-20 minutes to Lighthouse area, or cheap taxis can be flagged down at any hour. If you appreciate space, peace, and privacy in a natural environment, you will like staying here on the edge of town rather than in the densely packed, bustling tourist center. Other features worth mentioning: – amazing, generous buffet breakfast each morning – gorgeous swimming pool area with stunning mountain/sea views (great when it's too windy at the beach) –sparkling clean rooms with every amenity you could want – on-site restaurant with service at pool or beachfront –high-quality snorkeling gear and beach towels available to borrow – fully-equipped Yoga studio –beautiful and well-maintained grounds: enclosed Bedouin fire pit with cushioned lounge area, many little chill-out spaces around the property to relax, set up with cushions/low tables. – any excursion or even multi-day trips can be easily arranged. Staff was amazingly helpful in setting things up for me at good prices. – I was able to store luggage there while I visited other places in Sinai and during a side trip to Jordan – so helpful and so appreciated. It was a perfect base from which to explore the area. Love this place, love these people....you will too!

Lovely, full-service hotel on the beach in Dahab. Beautiful property, wonderful staff, right in front of the mountains with gorgeous views. Really nice atmosphere with many places set up for relaxation and privacy. Amazing pool area and a Bedouin fire pit area, lounges and cushions on the beach. Snorkeling equipment available to use, yoga studio, restaurant, fantastic breakfast -- really everything you need. Dahab city center is an easy 15 minute walk, but it's nice to have an escape from the busy tourist area and noise. Excursions for snorkeling, Sinai hikes, desert trips can all be easily arranged. A perfect base for a visit to Dahab!

An amazing place to relax while exploring Dahab and the South Sinai. Every amenity you could possibly wish for and the most gracious, generous service from the wonderful staff – nothing is too much trouble. Breathtaking natural setting all around you, directly across from the sea with private beach, right at the base of the mountains and the trail everyone climbs to watch the sunrise/sunset. Just outside Dabah town center, it's an easy 15 minute walk along the beach or road (perfectly safe at night as a solo female). I appreciated being a bit removed from the noise and crowds of the busy center and was always happy to return back here to the more peaceful atmosphere and open space, more surrounded by nature. – Fantastic breakfast buffet! A lovely feast each morning, all freshly prepared, everything you could want, generously served, good coffee. Seaside or on the beach if you'd like. – Gorgeous pool with sea and mountain views; lounges, umbrellas, towel service. Nice to have for those days when the beach in Dahab is too windy. Snorkeling equipment you can borrow from here and bring to the beach. – Fully equipped yoga studio: spacious room with mats/props, open to use anytime on your own, classes offered daily. – Spotlessly clean, comfortable, well-appointed rooms; fridge/kettle, ac/heat, tv, furnished balcony, gorgeous views. Daily housekeeping service by the exceptionally kind and hardworking team of Mohamed and Ashraf. –– Lunch/dinner/drinks available to order throughout the day, a really nice convenience. –– Excellent assistance planning excursions/activities in the surrounding area (thank you to Tharwat) Anything can be arranged and adapted to your schedule/needs, reasonable prices, airport transfers. –– Lovely cushioned "chill-out" areas throughout property, enclosed fire pit area, lounges/cushions on private beach. Special thanks to Mr. Nasser and his exceptional staff for a wonderful stay.

So peaceful. Lovely pool and amazing snorkelling right opposite hotel (high tide better). Easy to get into the main part of Dahab. Great room for our family and staff generally super helpful. We all had a great time and felt like we had a bit of an adventure compared with being in Sharm..

Trips/taxis arranged through the hotel felt overpriced. A couple of unwelcome comments from male staff (you're beautiful etc) made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

Definitely one of the best experiences ever in hotels. I’m not a big fan of them, but in this case is completely different. Honestly this hotel has exceeded my expectations. The staff is so nice and kind that makes you feel like in your home. The are very accommodating people. Also the location is very privileged, you have amazing views to the mountains and also to the red sea, and you can access very easily to the beach from the hotel. The buffet is one of the most complete buffet I’ve ever seen, very diverse with vegetarian options and very tasty. The facilities are in good condition and makes your stay more comfortable and relaxed.

We had a great stay at Bedouin Moon. We stayed here with our two daughters in a duplex with two bedrooms and my father in law stayed in a twin with a balcony over looking the sea. We had a fantastic time, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful, the rooms were a good size and the beds were very comfortable and the pool was superb. We spent many a morning chilling by the pool, with the sea view so the girls could play in the pool, diving, swimming etc. The staff went out of their way to make you feel welcome and it felt like a big family. The breakfast catered for us fine, they did ask if we wanted any more variety but for us it worked well. The private beach was a bonus, we didn't go on it much as it was quite windy when we stayed there but the pool area which was sheltered more than made up for that. It was around a half hr walk if not a little more right into the center of Dahab. We walked it sometimes but normally got a taxi which only cost around £1.50 and were quick and easy to get. The mountain back drop was also a bonus. As said, all the staff were brilliant, in particular Mohammad on reception is a great addition to the hotel, welcoming you with a bug smile, extremely helpful, providing local knowledge on trips etc and was there for anything you needed. Very smiley and friendly. And Ahmed was also very kind bringing us ice coffees to the pool and going over and above. We shall def return back.

The only down side is the rubbish that is on the outskirts of the property but this is constant for all of Dahab so you would get it any where you stayed.

Small and quiet hotel which is ideal if you want to relax. - The staff was super nice and attentive (special thanks to Ahmed!). Whenever there was a small issue/question they reacted immediately - Great breakfast with lots of variety. Almost everything was vegetarian and there were many options for vegans. Also, the dinner the restaurant offers was good. - Quiet location, in walking distance to the center - Nice layout with the pool being a bit secluded, so it feels even more quiet there - Management was open to our ideas on how to improve the situation for the cats/the dog living on the property

- Wifi hardly ever worked - The room wasn't clean, especially many hairs in the bathroom and a dirty toilet

I absolutely adored my stay at this place, it is truly a magical place for many reasons I will share below. This was my third time in Dahab and this is by far the best place I have ever stayed there and one of my top holidays in my life (I have been on many!). The staff are incredibly caring, funny and responsive people. Special thanks to Mohammed and Bruce Lee for making my stay so special. I was travelling solo and met so many other fantastic people. The reef is stunning just outside the hotel. It is so beautifully peaceful with the mountains behind. The breakfast was phenomenal, so varied and even incredible coffee. They have a gorgeous yoga shala room I used for my self practice with equipment. I loved my sea view room with balcony, so spacious and cleaned and decorated so well by the staff, highly recommend this choice. They really went above and beyond in helping me with various daily needs and I went on a lovely trip to Mount Sinai that they organised and to local reefs. I cannot offer enough praise. Very grateful to have found this place.

Great value for money and the staff couldn't have been more attentive. They tried hard at all times to make our stay as brilliant as possible. We were greeted with warm smiles and hospitality and it continued throughout our stay. We had booked a late flight and the manager was really accommodating in allowing us to stay for the afternoon in our room - a late check-out. The hotel's setting is spectacular and the snorkelling from the beach immediately outside the hotel was probably the best snorkelling we did whilst in Dahab - even surpassing the Blue Hole. The rooms are spacious, clean and the AC worked perfectly well. Breakfast was tasty and there was an abundance of food. The hotel is a 15 minute walk into town, or a 5 minute taxi ride.We were able to ask the hotel for a taxi in to town which made the commute easy. The Blue Hole is a brisk 15 minute taxi drive away. The Hotel manager was attentive to our needs when organising excursions - be that ordering taxis or providing advice. The hotel organized our trip to the Blue Hole, the 3 Pools and to St. Katherine's Monestry. Lastly, the swimming pool is beautiful - it's set away from the road with views onto the sea. An overall pleasant stay!

I was looking for a quiet cozy and clean place to stay and that was a great choice. The hotel has a very authentic Bedouin style, service was better than in many boutique hotels I've started (guys you are the best!), lovely breakfast, spacious room and a terrace with a view, total relaxation. No loud music, no animations, nothing would bother you. A bit far from the centre but it was perfect for me. I'd take a daily walk down the beautiful seaside and in 20 mins I'd be in the centre of Dahab. If not in the mood to walk there's always an option to grab a taxi which is less than £1 to get to the Lighthouse area or around. Even in 2 weeks after my return I still have those lovely warm memories in my heart, to be back!
